Job Summary: 

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3 months to 1 year of internship or professional experience. The ideal candidate should not be a beginner or blank slate - they must already have hands-on experience with design tools and a basic understanding of design principles and workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked on real projects (internship/freelance/full-time) and understands how creative concepts are translated into final deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design social media creatives, banners, posters, emailers, and marketing collaterals
• Create basic branding materials such as logos, brochures, and presentations
• Work closely with the marketing/content team to understand briefs and deliver creatives on time
• Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms (digital & print)
• Make revisions based on feedback quickly and efficiently
• Maintain brand consistency across all creatives
• Prepare final files for print and digital publishing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 months to 1 year of internship or work experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in design tools such as:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Figma
• Canva (basic understanding)
• Basic understanding of:
• Typography
• Color theory
• Layout and composition
• Branding fundamentals
• Understanding of file formats, resolution, and print basics
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback

Good to Have:

• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Da Vinci /Premiere Pro /After Effects)
• Experience working on social media campaigns
• Basic UI/UX understanding
• Portfolio showcasing real projects (internship/freelance/live projects preferred)
• Experimented with AI workflows (Runway, Midjourney, Lottie, Veo etc)

What will you do?

- Work with different Art Pipelines, foresee bottlenecks and resolve/make it easier for the artists.

- Define the Game Art/Asset development pipeline.

- Bridge between Art and Programming teams to develop asset production pipeline.

- Define and document pipelines and tools that are conducive for artists.

- Create and produce artwork in accordance with the direction of other Artists, Art Directors, designers, and producers.

- Report the status of deliverables to your team, Art Director, Lead, Producer, and Development Director.

- Work within a small, motivated team and communicate effectively.

Portfolio: The portfolio that would catch our eye would have UI work with great design, color, and font choices. Preferably should showcase art in hand-rendered technique with mobile-specific lightweight styles. Include pieces that give insight into how you approach your work and generate your ideas! Sketches, storyboards, stages of progression, and full implementations for features, stores, or inventory systems would be awesome.

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a graphic designer who’s got at least two years of hands-on experience creating clean, impactful, and brand-consistent visuals. You’ll work closely with our marketing and product teams to bring ideas to life—whether that’s a digital ad, website layout, social media post, or pitch deck.

What You Should Already Know

• Strong grasp of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma (or similar)
• Experience designing for digital platforms—social, web, email, etc.
• Ability to take feedback and run with it
• Attention to detail without getting stuck in it
• Time management and self-direction—you don’t need hand-holding

Bonus Points If You Have

• Motion design or basic animation skills
• Branding and visual identity experience
• Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments

Requirements and skills

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review training content and assessments. The review parameters include (but are not limited to) the following:

○ Rewrite the training content wherever necessary to simplify it or to make it more age

appropriate.

○ Create engaging learning activities and provide exercises and activities that enhance

the learning process.

○ Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness

of course.

○ Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional

design.

○ Suggest instructional enhancements to the content and assessments so the learning

experience is superior.

○ Check if all the training assets follow the instructional guidelines.

○ Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs

○ Do a thorough language review.

○ Do a thorough formatting check and fixes.

• Brainstorm with the content developer to storyboard the concepts introduced in a lesson/chapter.
• Create guidelines and templates as and when needed.
• Conduct audits of the live classes to check how the content is getting translated into the actual class experience.
• Give inputs for process improvements.

Skill Set:

1. General:

• In-depth understanding of activity based teaching-learning methods with a strong knowledge of pedagogies to teach 21st Century Skills.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in instructional design and/or content writing.
• Experience in editing documents with an eye for details.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

○ Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the 

organization.

1. Technical:

• Understanding of Object-Oriented concepts.
• Basic understanding of core programming concepts with teaching skills will be an asset.
• Good exposure on-

  • Web Technology (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)- Front End Development
  • Block-Based Coding environment like Code.org or Scratch will be a plus
