- Develop outlines, write video scripts, and create graphics for application trainings.
- Knowledgeable in learning design principles and creating engaging content to illustrate basic to complex concepts and processes for adult learners.
- Highly organized self-starter, with ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines with flexibility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication along with strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.
- Assist the eLearning Manager with special projects, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 3 years of experience working in instructional design, learning and development, or an eLearning role.
- 3 years of experience designing eLearning content for the Healthcare, Medtech or FinTech industry preferred.
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
- Working knowledge of eLearning tools such as Articulate Rise and Vyond.
- Working knowledge of digital adoption platforms.
- Working knowledge of graphic design and related tools.

About the role:
Associate Product Manager - Growth
As an Associate Product Manager at ForeignAdmits, you'll be responsible for driving the growth of one of the flagship products, owning the product's end-to-end acquisition/ activation/ conversion/ retention funnels. You'll identify users' needs and turn those insights into products that users love. You’ll be closely working with the PMs and CEO in driving the product vision.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Backend Engineering & Front-end Engineering, Design, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to deliver world-class customer-obsessed products and features.
- Be the voice of the customer. Develop a deep understanding of our customers and build the best product user experiences on their behalf through market research, experimentation, user testing, and data analysis.
- Research and translate industry problems into solutions through the use of technology and data. Your solutions should create a measurable "impact" on the lives of consumers.

- Participating in pre-sales meetings to understand customer needs
- Understanding customers process and suggesting effective solutions based on Product portfolio
- Writing functional specifications (high level and detailed)

- Must have Working experience in Agile methodologies
- Lean/Six sigma certification is a plus
- Should have understanding of project management techniques and computing systems
