Performance Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role at Cryoviva Biotech Pvt Ltd. Will be responsible for business relationship management, client relations, communication, relationship building, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

• Your primary task will be to educate pregnant women about stem cell preservation – explaining the importance and potential future benefits of preserving their child’s stem cells.
• You will act as a counselor, providing information, answering questions, and assisting clients in understanding the process of stem cell preservation.
• You will be working closely with doctors and hospital staff to build relationships and ensure smooth communication between our company and the clients.
• Your goal is to convince expectant mothers to opt for our stem cell preservation services

Qualification

Graduates/Post-graduates from life sciences background (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Bioinformatics etc.)

Fabrication and Sheet metal Knowledge Preferred

2 to 4 years Experiences Candidates Preferred

• Determine what quality standards are and establish detailed guidelines about what to check

The organization's payroll operations will be supervised and managed by the payroll manager, who will also make sure that payments are made on time, accurately, and in accordance with legal requirements.
