We expect you to play a critical role in supporting the go-to market strategy for our products. You will be responsible for all marketing activities, more specifically identifying, developing and acquiring new leads and creating brand awareness. In addition to having a successful presence on relevant digital media, you will also demonstrate a proactive approach to creating the right opportunities to grow our business. It is essential that you are a focused performer who is in the habit of achieving the assigned objectives.

Responsibilities of the role 

• Paid Search & Performance: Develop, implement, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting) to drive B2B lead generation.  
• Multi-Channel Acquisition: Beyond Google, manage paid media and growth hacking through LinkedIn and other B2B platforms. 
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify technical hacks and integrations to improve visitor-to-lead conversion rates on landing pages.  
• Data-Driven Execution: Gather and derive actionable insights from Google Analytics and Zoho to refine targeting and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) 
• Hands-on expertise in paid/organic traffic sources including SEO/SEM/LinkedIn/ Email/Other paid media 
• Must have expertise in using various digital platforms like Adwords, Facebook, Ad networks, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Zoho campaigns, etc.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS domain.  
• Technical Expertise: Deep hands-on expertise in Google Adwords (Google Ads), Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads is mandatory.

A Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, peripherals, and network connections while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Provide first-level support for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
• Assist users with operating system, application, and connectivity problems.
• Perform system updates, patch installations, and regular maintenance.
• Maintain and manage IT assets, ensuring proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve printer, scanner, and other peripheral issues.

The role of the technical tutor is to set up the study program modules, facilitate or organize additional events together with our partners under the supervision of the Head of Tech and support the students through the program and ensure that the content is made available to the students.

Role & responsibilities

• Understand the 01Edu System curriculum and content, ability to implement instructions to modify platform content and know the platform inside and out.
• Perform audits of student work during the test period.
• Communicate with students during sprint (piscines) and study period and answer their questions.
