JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Azure AI Tech Lead, you will serve as the principal technical expert leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and ML solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. You will guide a team of engineers, establish robust architectures, and drive end-to-end implementation of AI projects—transforming proof-of-concepts into scalable, production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and development of AI/ML solutions using Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, and Cognitive Services.
• Develop and deploy scalable AI systems with best practices in MLOps across the full model lifecycle.
• Mentor and upskill AI/ML engineers through technical reviews, training, and guidance.
• Implement advanced generative AI techniques including LLM fine-tuning, RAG systems, and diffusion models.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business goals into innovative AI solutions.
• Enforce governance, responsible AI practices, and performance optimization standards.
• Stay ahead of trends in LLMs, agentic AI, and applied research to shape next-gen solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• 3.5–7 years of experience delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions.
• Strong expertise in Azure AI ecosystem and production-grade model deployment.
• Deep technical understanding of ML, DL, Generative AI, and MLOps pipelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; applied research or open-source contributions preferred.

Python/Django Developer will be responsible for implementing the relevant Server-Side Architecture for a Web Application based on the client's requirement for new and existing products. The primary focus will be on the development of software packages ensuring high quality and ease of usability to requests from various teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Writing reusable, testable and efficient code

• Should have prior experience in design, develop and maintaining .Net based web applications within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Should have Experience of Object Oriented programming practices (SOLID principles, Design pattern)
• Should have prior experience in handling a large team of developers, testers, database developers and architects
• Should have experience in Feasibility Analysis - Technical feasibility (Study of proposed application, performance expected, application function, benefits), Financial feasibility (costs incurred, milestone timelines), Operational feasibility (does the application meet the need or solve the problem, will users be able to adapt to the application)
• Should have experience with the process of choosing from the design patterns and platforms and should be able to convey the merits and demerits of these to the team
• Should be well versed with the security frameworks, assessing vulnerabilities, Secured Code, SSL/Non SSL, Vulnerability tests amongst the areas being proficient at.
• Should have prior experience working with agile teams and alternative programming approaches like either of ADM/Scrum or Xtreme programming, KanBan or Re-factoring
