We are looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer who can drive end-to-end design for our digital products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centric experiences while leading design initiatives and collaborating closely with product and development teams.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UI/UX design process from research to final delivery
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Build and maintain scalable design systems
• Collaborate with product managers and developers for seamless execution
• Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints
• Mentor and guide junior designers
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience with web and mobile applications
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in handling or leading a design team is a plus

POSITION SUMMARY:

Should have completed minimum TWO end-to-end Fusion Finance implementation, up-gradation, lift & shift and support projects experience,

  Experience in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials Functional in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, FAH, Intercompany, Expenses Management, RMCS, Procurement modules,

  Should understand business requirements, fit-gap analysis, and preparation of functional design documents,

  Should be able to manage the Finance track independently, interact with clients, conduct business requirements and training sessions, etc,

  Should conduct CRP, UAT & SIT sessions with clients/stakeholders,

  Experience in implementing financials cloud, configuring workflows, issue resolution and customization across all finance modules,

  Solid understanding of Enterprises Structure, COA, Structure, and Hierarchies, Flex fields, extensions set up in Fusion Financials,

  Experience in working with Oracle support for various issue resolutions,

  Experience in various financial data upload/migration technique (FBDI & ADFDi) and related issue resolutions,

  Reporting (Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), SmartView, OTBI),

  Experience in supporting Period closure activities,

  Knowledge on tax (Withholding and Transaction tax) setups,

  Experience in reconciliation financial data between GL and Subledger modules,

  High-level Knowledge of end-to-end integrations of Financials modules with other modules like Projects/Procurement/SCM/HCM,

  High-level Knowledge of other fusion modules (SCM or PPM) functionality is a plus,

  Should have excellent communication and presentation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the Role 

As a result of our rapid growth, we are looking for a Java Backend Engineer to join our existing Cloud Engineering team and take the lead in the design and development of several key initiatives of our existing Miko3 product line as well as our new product development initiatives. 

Responsibilities 

•  Designing, developing and maintaining core system features, services and engines
• Collaborating with a cross functional team of the backend, Mobile application, AI, signal processing, robotics Engineers, Design, Content, and Linguistic Team to realize the requirements of a conversational social robotics platform which includes investigate design approaches, prototype new technology, and evaluate technical feasibility
• Ensure the developed backend infrastructure is optimized for scale and responsiveness 
• Ensure best practices in design, development, security, monitoring, logging, and DevOps adhere to the execution of the project. 
• Introducing new ideas, products, features by keeping track of the latest developments and industry trends 
• Operating in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules

Requirements 

• Proficiency in distributed application development lifecycle (concepts of authentication/authorization, security, session management, load balancing, API gateway), programming techniques and tools (application of tested, proven development paradigms)  
• Proficiency in working on Linux based Operating system. 
• Proficiency in at least one server-side programming language like Java. Additional languages like Python and PHP are a plus

The desired candidate must have 6+ years of total experience in Web Applications Development with good expertise in MEAN, MERN Stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, AngularJS, Node.js, React.js), strong development and coding skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities::

• Based on the wireframes and project concept, create UI of screens to be used in mobile and web.

• Understand the UX and implement or enhance the screens accordingly.

• Work closely with the team in an agile mode to properly draft the requirements in the screen or mock-ups generated.

• Create newsletters, templates and graphics as and when required.

Skills::

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other graphics tools
