Key Responsibilities & Requirements

 

You should primarily be a backend developer or full stack developer, very good at code reviews and code optimization. Our products depend on processing large amounts of data and having fast response times is absolutely essential.

You will have the opportunity to

• Take responsibility of building systems for scale

What we expect from you:

• We work on Ruby on Rails but you can have 2+ years of experience as backend developer in any language
• Have a solid grasp of OOP, databases and automated testing methodologies.
• Know how to manage sprint and ensure tasks are completed within the timeline
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Strong understanding of SQL databases
• Proficient knowledge of various authentication methods like JWT, OAuth etc..
• Perform peer code reviews and Code audit - Analyze existing code and remediate performance issues within existing applications

Minimum Three – Nine years of experience.
Good for you to have

UI_UX Engineer (Cloud platform)
MVC Framework (Desirable): Grails, Struts or Spring MVC
Scripting (Desirable): Groovy, Perl, python, shell or ruby.
You will definitely possess these technical skills

Core skill set (must): JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, MySQL, Core Java, J2EE technologies
Working Knowledge (must): Web application development.
Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Application Server: JBoss/Wild-fly, Web logic or Web sphere
Tools (Must): JavaScript debuggers.

What we are looking for?

• 2+ years of overall web development experience
• 2+ years experience in developing scalable and robust web applications using Ruby on Rails
• Experience with collaborative code development in small agile teams and managing releases (Git, Continuous Integration, Capistrano)
• Highly proficient in the data structure, algorithms, design patterns, and databases
• Ability to collaborate with other developers and handle the entire software development cycle
• Passion to write beautiful and scalable code
• A disciplined approach to development, documentation, and code structure
• Experience building internal and external APIs and RESTful web services
• Experience in delivering products and services in a high growth, startup environment

This company is entire new but I have been working on my own project from last 8 years . 

Well here our  target is to finish at least 90 e-commerce websites a month .... as per the calculation one  should be able to finish one site within 3 days ( mainly on woo commerce) 

( we already have more work than we can finish for next 3 years) which makes us pretty stable as most of the new company .

 

So there are 2 categories of web designer we are looking for 

 

1. Salary range - 15k - 20 k (0-1 years experience)- Should be able to make a full responsive ecom ( woo commerce) website in 3 days 
2. Senior designer/ developer.  - 25- 40k  -Should be able to handle the team of 9 designer ,    -To make sure the checklist provided by client is met. -To make sure Deadlines to met for delivery .

 

P.s salaries entirely on the basis on ability  to perform and existing knowledge.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Writing high quality code, participating in code reviews, designing/architecting systems of varying complexity and scope, and creating high quality documentation supporting the design/coding tasks
• Lead out team meetings, stand-ups, and architecture/design discussions

• Develop multi-tier scalable, high-volume performing, and reliable user-centric applications that operate 24x7

REQUIREMENTS

• Good experience in at least one scripting language: Ruby, Nodejs, Python, AppleScript, Unix shell or similar
• Familiarity with one compiled language: C, Java, Go or similar
• Good knowledge of operating systems and networking concepts
• Reasonable knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• Ability to work on Windows and Linux platform below the application layer, including file systems, kernels, custom installations, shell scripting, internal APIs, etc

Desired Skills & Experience

1. Must have 2-5 years of experience in independently creating web applications as well as in managing teams.

2. Must be familiar with all the latest technologies in both front-end as well as back-end development.

3. Must have experience with: Angular, Postgresql etc.

4. Experience with Ruby on Rails, Graphql is a bonus.

Experience: 9 to 12 Years of experience in IT industry with Java development background. Having worked on architectural design, optimizations and performance tuning. Having good understanding of micro services architecture, deployment design, networking architecture. Exposure to cloud is an added advantage. • Strong Full stack developer development background with frontend and backend web applications • Have worked on End to End technology cycle with hands-on experience on multiple technologies. • Must have a worked in a startup ecosystem. Working experience in fast moving startup will be advantage. • Excellent understanding of typical multi-tier architectures: web servers (Apache, nginx, IIS), caching, application servers, & load balancers • RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server), NoSQL • Having experience to work on large web scale application. • Knowledge of message queuing and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) • Familiarity with loose coupling and stateless systems • Understanding of different consistency models in distributed systems • Experience with CDN, and performance concepts • Network experience with route tables, access control lists, firewalls, NAT, HTTP, DNS, IP & OSI Network • Knowledge of RESTful Web Services, XML, JSON • Strong understanding Jquery, JavaScripts,HTML, CSS • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle • Work experience with information and application security including public key encryption, SSH, access credentials, & X.509 certificates • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills. • Command Line Interface, AWS CloudFormation) • Should have in depth understanding of AWS services such as ELB, EC2, DynamoDB, Redshift, RDS, ElasticChache, CloudFront OpsWorks etc. • Hands-on experience with AWS deployment and management services • Certified AWS Solution Architect will be an added advantage Education: BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MSc./ MCA Keywords: Redis, HAProxy, AutoScaling, F5, ELB, AWS, Elastic Search, RabbitMQ, CDN. This should be in combination of Java, NodeJ and Angular development skills. Exposure to Python or Ruby is added advantage.
