Qualification for SME Insurance:

1. 3-5 experience in the insurance industry
2. Experience in insurance products (all products including life, health & general) and processes and the insurance industry chain
3. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
4. English: Fluent

 

Roles and responsibilities

1. Strong Process & product knowledge of the Insurance products
2. Keeping up-to-date with industry developments. Offer solutions and suggestions for process and product improvement to management.
3. Responsible for facilitating OJT for the new joiners on all Insurance related products and processes. 
4. Help in designing a best-in-class customer support and engagement journey for insurance products.
5. Liaise with different stakeholders/partners for quicker resolution of customer inquiries and requests.
6. Ability to take ownership and work for early resolution and closure of customer issues.
7. Ability to accept change and make the best of any situation.
8. Proactive in highlighting/ escalating issues/ concerns/ Areas Of Improvements/ opportunities to the leadership team to get their help as and when needed
9. Handling and monitoring of all complaints received through all mediums through tracking in defined TATs
10. Ensure that complaint closure quality (RCA) is tracked closely by ensuring first understanding all the issues highlighted by the customer. Maintenance of all RCAs and process improvements undertaken for relevant complaints
11. Keeping up to date with all the regulatory requirements and changes in the Insurance industry

#Responsibilities:

-Design and build advanced applications from scratch keeping scalability and performance in mind.

-You’ll be working on our P2P and cryptocurrency exchange platforms to build more features around it.

-Collaborating with various stakeholders to determine software requirements

being a financial product, you’ll be involved in building tools to make our user’s data more secure.

-You will be working on blockchain technologies

-You will help maintain code quality and organization.

-Should be able to work with juniors; help and guide them as needed.

#You'll be a good fit if:

-You’ve got 3+ years of development experience and an expert in the Ruby and Rails framework.

-You’re a Hands-on expert who can code, architect/design systems, and understand building highly available and scalable microservices on cloud infrastructure.

-You have a very good understanding of Containers and Container Orchestration Technology such as Docker / Kubernetes and AWS Cloud Platform exposure.

-You’ve hands-on experience in using DevOps tools such as Newrelic, Jenkins, Grafana, ELK, etc

-You’re an expert in writing background tasks, test-driven development.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience.
• Should have worked with Product based company for a minimum 2+ yrs 
• Strong background in Microsoft Technologies and SDLC concepts. Should have experience in below technologies:
• Microsoft .Net (ASP.NET & ASP .NET CORE)
• C#, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery /, Typescript
• Knowledge on Node Js
• MVC and WebAPI
