Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a Lead Generation team. Mentor, guide, track, train and hire where required.
- Develop and execute Lead Generation strategies to acquire high-quality leads for B2B ECommerce services.
- Build and maintain email and linked in outreach message sequences, that can be sent manually or via our outreach CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Track and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain and update lead databases using CRM tools.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.
- Make frequent progress report presentations to management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in IT services or eCommerce solutions.
- Ability to lead, mentor and track a Lead Generation team to success.
- Strong understanding of IT sales, digital marketing, and lead nurturing processes.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and CRM platforms (Freshsales etc.)

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
