Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

-Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling and informative content for various platforms, including blogs, articles, social media, and website copy.

-Conduct in-depth research on real estate industry trends, market analysis, and related topics.

SEO Optimization:

-Work closely with the SEO team to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility.

-Implement best practices for keyword usage and on-page SEO.

Social Media Engagement:

-Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging social media content.

-Monitor social media channels for industry trends and contribute to relevant conversations.

-Cross-Functional Collaboration:

-Coordinate with design, product, and data analytics teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.

-Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for content campaigns.

Data Analysis:

-Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of content.

-Provide insights and recommendations based on data to enhance content effectiveness.

-Professional Development:

-Stay informed about industry developments, content marketing trends, and emerging technologies.

-Actively seek feedback and incorporate it into continuous improvement.

Requirements:

-Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.

Deliverables:

Manage Social Channel Strategy, Ideation and Programming 

• Oversee and execute social media calendars, brand guidelines, best practices, promotional  campaigns, and day-to-day social media activities while optimizing the brand's presence on all 

relevant social media platforms. This includes upcoming news (funding announcements, IPOs, media coverage) and thought leadership content, and amplification of portfolio content when  appropriate

• Conceptualization and execution of social media content as per the brand's tonality

• Ensure on-time and efficient realization of day-to-day and monthly goals set for the team.

• Develop social media campaign strategy for content launches, company exits/milestones, and events

• Draft social copy and create social graphic assets in Canva, and/or videos tailored for relevant social media, review edits and finalize assets

• Monthly report detailing social performance with insights and recommendations

• Make recommendations for team to improve their social presence

• Social monitoring and listening – listen to relevant conversations, see where we can opportunistically plug in, flag content deficits

As a Content Writer at our company, you will:

• Write news articles, features, product reviews, and guides for our products.
• Be an integral part of our awards content stream and produce smart, attention-grabbing awards-focused news, features, and reviews.
• Write captivating headlines and teasers to ensure high content engagement across our site and key social media platforms.
• Review and refresh site content on an ongoing basis to ensure it is always relevant and optimized for the needs of our users.
• Ensure all published content meets our standards for accuracy, grammar, tone, and quality.
• Collaborate on projects with in-house specialists in data, marketing, SEO, and PR.
• Keep abreast of developments in digital media, content marketing, and social media content.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy. Work with brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly/weekly. Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Manage and oversee social media content.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign. Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency. Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies – strategy and execution of ORM across company’s social media platforms.
• Use social media marketing tools
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
• Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
• Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others

Requirement and Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
• Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Familiarity with web design and publishing

We are looking for an enthusiastic Social media manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. You should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
