We are looking for hardcore Sales professionals who are experienced in driving sales through Online and Tele-sales channels. It requires one to have excellent communication skills and negotiation and sales prowess.

Apart from the CTC, this position offers lucrative incentives based on the targets achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

1.) Responsible for inbound/outbound prospect calls and convert them into sales.

2.) Sell products by establishing and developing relationships with prospects.

3.) Ability to convert high revenue leads.

4.) Ability to retain customers to increase repeat business.

5.) Customer identification, call planning, account management and closing.

6.) Maintain all clients contact details in CRM system (Clients Contacts, Call Reports, Price Quotes, Email Correspondence.

7.) Develop and maintain business plans to achieve sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1.) Graduate in any stream. Engineering graduates preferred.

2.) Experience in online / telesales / telemarketing.

3.) Proficiency in spoken English is a must.

4.) Familiarity with e-commerce and its components

5.) Knowledge on software like Zoho CRM, Salesforce is an added advantage.

6.) Highly analytical, self-driven individuals preferred.

1. Design and Development:

• Design, create, and modify websites.
• Convert written, graphic, audio, and video components to compatible web formats.
• Create website layout/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.

1. Maintenance and Evaluation:

• Regularly update websites to ensure they are visually appealing, accurate, and reflect the latest content.
• Test websites for ease of use, speed, and other quality factors.
• Fix any bugs or issues that arise.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with web designers and programmers to produce the website.
• Communicate with clients or management about ongoing projects.
• Provide technical support and instruction to other staff or clients.

1. Technical Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design coding languages.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Experience in server-side frameworks such as python, ruby, php, Java, ASP, ASP.NET.
• Understanding of search engine optimization principles.

1. Project Management:

• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Maintain and expand/enhance the website once built.

Role: Azure Network & Security Architect JD:

Must have:

Strong understanding of data center network and security architecture with products like Cisco switches/routers, Arista/juniper switches/routers, Palo Alto/Cisco/Fortinet firewalls, proxy, DNS etc Strong understanding of overall Azure cloud infrastructure, network and security architecture. CTO + CoFounder wanted for our Tech startup where we're trying to build Connected Mobility in parallel to a "short videos app" meant for dashcam videos getting recorded straight from the user's smartphone. So you can say we're a TikTok of dashcam videos at the front.

Expecting the individual is capable & willing to work on these below languages-

Our backend codes are in CakePHP,
Admin Panel in Laravel,
Android is in Java.
No iOS app yet but we plan to roll it out soon.

Hence, we're expecting the CTO to be having fair idea/expertise about these languages. Also, we don't have an iOS app at this point, but it would be benefecial if there's a fair knowledge about iOS apps as well. Also, since the server being used is AWS we are hoping the person knows how to efficiently utilize various features of the same while linking the things.

Proposed Salary may be available only after angel investor, VCs come on board.
