
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
· Contact and develop relationships with potential customers through email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.
· Execute email campaigns targeting prospects to generate leads and create business opportunities.
· Mine data and extract information of C-level executives from various online sources and tools.
Sales Process Management
· Follow up on leads and respond to sales inquiries from existing and potential customers as per guidelines.
· Assist senior staff in generating and following up on leads.
· Convince clients, schedule appointments, and manage the sales pipeline.
· Track sales efforts and monitor results to ensure alignment with targets.
Customer Relationship Management
· Liaise between customers and the company to provide up-to-date status on service, pricing, and new product releases.
· Collect customer feedback and conduct market research to inform business strategy and product development.
· Maintain CRM systems to manage lead generation, track interactions, and store customer information.
Market & Competitor Analysis
· Stay informed about the latest products, market trends, and competitors to provide insights for business strategy.
· Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.

We are seeking a skilled Shopify App Developer with experience in React/Remix and a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. - 4-8 years of relevant experience in designing & developing and architecting systems/software
- for large business environments (Java, J2EE).

- • Must have good experience in Unix/Oracle/SQL.

What you will do:
- Handling outbound calls and thus selling the company’s products and services to potential new customers as well as existing customers
- Handling inbound calls and answering various inquiries from customers
- Managing and answering complaints raised from customers on a timely-manner
- Educating the existing customers as well as new customers about new products/services and also updating on improvements/changes done, if any, with regards to current products/services
- Developing in-detail and deep knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
- Ensuring that the targets are met or exceeded, as set by the management
- Converting the calls into sales closure and thus meeting the targets
