WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Handle end-to end project planning and management of Software projects in e-commerce and retail industries.
• Create and present the project plans using Jira / MPP to clients and the internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Technical Architects / Technical Leads / Business Analyst / Quality Assurance for  estimation of the ongoing / upcoming projects.
• You will be responsible for the High Level timeline and Milestones for the project.
• Manage resource requirements and utilization for the project. Forecast utilization and work with the management for proper resource allocation and skill alignment.
• Closely interact with the clients to communicate and align on the  Project plans / scope / workflow / project execution etc.
• Track the execution of the sprints  against the project plan to ensure we are meeting the scheduled deadlines / milestones. Propose solutions in case there are timeline risks.
• Responsible for the Change Management process from the identification of the change request to estimation, approval,  planning and final execution of the change request.
• Monitor dependencies and risks to ensure timely resolution and/or escalation to reduce bottlenecks and maintain steady flow of work.
• Alert Client, Client Partners, Team and other stakeholders, to upcoming milestones and the resultant impact on timelines.
• Host agile events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews/demos and retrospectives.
• Coach team to adapt Agile principles and Scrum values. Use tools and processes as needed to empower team members to deliver better and iteratively improve the sprint performance.
• Work closely with Clients to ensure dependencies and impediments are cleared and the client team is fully aligned with the progress of the project
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor the progress of the project for the scrum team and management
• Report burnt hours on a regular basis for reporting, monitoring and billing purposes
• Be responsible for overall, on budget and on time delivery of the project

WHAT WE NEED IN YOU

• Hands-on experience in planning and management of software development projects from scratch.
• Experience in Ecommerce or Retail would be an advantage.
• Process oriented and also be flexible and dynamic to align with the current work flows.
• Project Planning skills - Using MPP, smartsheet or any other Project Management tool.
• Expertise on project management tools like Jira, Zoho People, Confluence, Bugzilla, Github, basecamp.
• Knowledgeable in agile methodologies and familiar with different agile ceremonies
• Good understanding of Jira / JQL to create reports, dashboards and workflows etc.
• Ability to manage Multiple Projects / Clients
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

QUALIFICATION 

• Engineering Graduate or equivalent or MBA in Project management.
• 7 plus years of experience as a core Project Manager.

Good experience in the Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) of data from various sources into Data Warehouses and Data Marts using Informatica Power Center (Repository Manager,

Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor, Metadata Manager), Power Connect as ETL tool on Oracle, and SQL Server Databases.

 Knowledge of Data Warehouse/Data mart, ODS, OLTP, and OLAP implementations teamed with

project scope, Analysis, requirements gathering, data modeling, ETL Design, development,

System testing, Implementation, and production support.

 Strong experience in Dimensional Modeling using Star and Snow Flake Schema, Identifying Facts

and Dimensions

 Used various transformations like Filter, Expression, Sequence Generator, Update Strategy,

Joiner, Stored Procedure, and Union to develop robust mappings in the Informatica Designer.

 Developed mapping parameters and variables to support SQL override.

 Created applets to use them in different mappings.

 Created sessions, configured workflows to extract data from various sources, transformed data,

and loading into the data warehouse.

 Used Type 1 SCD and Type 2 SCD mappings to update slowly Changing Dimension Tables.

 Modified existing mappings for enhancements of new business requirements.

 Involved in Performance tuning at source, target, mappings, sessions, and system levels.

 Prepared migration document to move the mappings from development to testing and then to

production repositories

 Extensive experience in developing Stored Procedures, Functions, Views and Triggers, Complex

SQL queries using PL/SQL.

 Experience in resolving on-going maintenance issues and bug fixes; monitoring Informatica

/Talend sessions as well as performance tuning of mappings and sessions.

 Experience in all phases of Data warehouse development from requirements gathering for the

data warehouse to develop the code, Unit Testing, and Documenting.

 Extensive experience in writing UNIX shell scripts and automation of the ETL processes using

UNIX shell scripting.

 Experience in using Automation Scheduling tools like Control-M.

 Hands-on experience across all stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including

business requirement analysis, data mapping, build, unit testing, systems integration, and user

acceptance testing.

 Build, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot Hadoop infrastructure.

 Develop tools and libraries, and maintain processes for other engineers to access data and write

MapReduce programs.

The Senior Program Manager level will work as a strategic partner offering expert guidance through an HR consulting lens, focusing on organizational design, culture enhancement, capacity building across organizations, learning and development initiatives, compensation and benefits optimization.

The role will involve collaborating closely with grantee organizations to understand their unique needs, crafting tailored solutions, and implementing strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. With your HR experience and expertise, you will serve as a trusted partner to Org Leadership, facilitating the alignment of HR initiatives with the organization's imperatives, ultimately fostering sustainable growth and success.

Responsibilities

The key roles and responsibilities will be:

1. Organizational Design and Development:

• Partner with grantee organization leadership to assess current organizational structures and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and agility.
• Collaborate with Leadership and Org HR SPOCs to design and implement organizational changes aligned with strategic objectives.
• Guide Leaders and HR SPOCs on change management processes to ensure smooth transitions.
• Strategically support in designing and implementing competency frameworks to support talent management processes, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
• Provide training and support to HR teams and managers in utilizing competency frameworks effectively to drive performance and development.

2. Culture Enhancement:

• Ensure culture assessments/pulse checks are implemented by org teams to identify strengths and areas of focus
• Partner with organizations to guide them and share best practices as they build their org culture and implement strategies to nurture a positive organizational culture that supports organizations values and drives employee engagement.
• Provide guidance on initiatives such as diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to foster a welcoming and inclusive work environment across organizations.

3. Leadership Training and Development:

• Design and deliver leadership development programs tailored to address specific skill gaps and leadership competencies.
• Coach and support senior leaders to enhance their leadership skills and getting the best out of their teams.
• Design and drive the Leadership Academy for Leaders across grantee organisations

4. Learning and Development:

• Design and implement comprehensive L&D programs, including curriculum development, delivery methods, and evaluation metrics based on organizations training needs analysis.
• Leverage technology and innovative learning approaches to enhance the effectiveness and accessibility of training initiatives.

5. Compensation and Benefits Optimization:

• Conduct compensation benchmarking surveys to drive compensation positioning and competitive compensation and benefits tailored to orgnizations needs
• Partner with HR SPOCs in the grantee organizations to develop and design strategies to optimize C&B programs, including salary structuring, benefits, employee value proposition.

Masters degree in Human Resources or related field from a top-tier institution.

• 9-11 years of relevant experience, with expertise in people management, operational efficiency, and problem-solving.
