Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior SDET with strong expertise in test automation for modern web and backend systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in frontend, backend, and API automation, along with exposure to distributed systems and cloud-native environments. Golang experience is preferred, though Java candidates willing to learn Golang are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks for frontend and backend systems
• Perform frontend automation using Playwright and Selenium
• Develop and execute API automation tests to validate backend services
• Collaborate with developers to understand system architecture and service interactions
• Ensure test coverage across microservices and distributed systems
• Debug and analyze failures across multiple services and environments
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Work closely with DevOps teams to validate deployments in containerized environments

Mandatory Skill Set

• Programming Language: Golang (preferred) or Java (must be willing to learn Golang)
• Frontend Automation: Playwright
• UI Automation: Selenium
• Backend Automation: Strong understanding of backend testing concepts
• API Testing: Hands-on experience with Rest Assured or similar tools
• Strong understanding of API concepts and terminology
• Experience working with distributed systems and microservices
• Containerization: Docker
• Orchestration: Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across services

Good to Have

• Experience in cloud environments
• Exposure to performance or security testing
• Knowledge of test data management and mocking frameworks

Responsibilities:

• ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT and OPERATIONS

• Handles day-to-day administration of accounts independently in coordination with the team. Ensures timely execution of work

• Understands clients' requirements in functional as well as business aspects to execute campaigns.

• Generate campaign/project proposals, pricing as well as critical path

• Maintains relationship with key individuals (project owners) at middle management levels of the client organization

• Develops a thorough understanding of brands • Ensures seamless execution of client campaigns, prioritizes resources, and keeps Reporting manager and other groups well informed of progress and changes • Participates in interactive strategy Developmnent with the Strategy Team

Job Summary

We are looking for an Android Developer who is passionate about pushing mobile technologies to their limits. You will work with our team of talented engineers to design, build, and enhance the next generation of our mobile applications. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven software development experience with strong Android development skills.
3. At least one original Android app published on the Play Store.
4. Hands-on experience with the Android SDK.
5. Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.
6. Strong experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
7. Solid understanding of the mobile app landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
8. Clear understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

Preferred Skills:

1. Familiarity with Android UI/UX design principles and best practices.
2. Knowledge of Kotlin in addition to Java.
3. Experience with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
4. Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
5. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically about edge cases and scalability.
