SKILLS Must Have Experience With The Latest Angular Framework 2/4/6/7/8/9 Must Have Strong TypeScript And JavaScript Knowledge Should Be Comfortable With RxJS And Angular CLI Should Have A Solid Understanding Of CSS3 And HTML5 Must Have Automated Testing (Unit/Integration/Etc.) (Karma Jasmine, Etc.) Should Have Knowledge NGRX Or Redux Cross-Browser Compatibility And Have High Performance Across The Board Coordinating The Workflow Between The Graphic Designer And HTML Working Knowledge Of NodeJS

Lead the functional and system design of highly scalable and robust mission  critical applications that cater to several businesses  ● Ensure that the systems you oversee are fault tolerant and are performing  reliably at high volumes. Constantly look at possibilities to improve the overall  functioning of the product.  ● Brainstorm deeply with your product & business stakeholders and influence  how we build individual features and products that reduce customer stickiness  and friction points at each stage of the product. 
● Mentor and lead a team of solid engineers by introducing best coding practices,  advocating high quality design principles and institutionalise long term thinking  for futuristic needs of the business.  ● Contribute actively in other areas of the growth of our Engg org which includes  but is not just limited to hiring, tech talent branding, inputs on performance  management of junior engineers and the likes. 

• Hands on lead who can write higher performance webapp using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML and CSS such that it’s scalable • Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop • Provide guidance and technical leadership and instruct, direct, and monitor the work of other team members • Monitor and provide timely feedback to team members on completed work in the form of code reviews, design reviews, velocity, quality, and timely completion of work • Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the company effectively. • Participate in design decisions, tool selection and process improvement for developing software. • Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself • Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API

Job Description :- Strong in algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming- Experience in product development and with hands-on experience in designing and architecture- Database - or MySQL and MongoDB- Full-stack expertise including databases, backend, and front-end UI component- Expert knowledge of Java and other programming languages is a plus point.- Strong front-end development experience, with expert knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and experience with JS frameworks including NodeJS, Angular2 and above and React JS- Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and DigitalOcean.- Hands-on experience with security standards such as OAuth2, JWT, and Spring Security.- Ability to absorb, understand and communicate written and verbal information and ideas, and to deliver in a concise manner that is easily understood by others.- Ability to apply critical thinking to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.- Desired : Experience with SOLR and Elasticsearch- Desired : Experience with Java build and testing frameworks, such as Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, and JUnit is a plus point. - Lead other developers on the team to utilize their skills to produce high quality, on-time releases- Work in an Agile environment to release on a regular cadence while ensuring high velocity.- Collaborate closely with Product and Project Manager, QA, Architecture, and DevOps to ensure that the right solutions are being delivered.- Refine feature requirements with Product Manager on a regular basis.- Manage scrum and velocity of the development team to ensure features are delivered in a timely manner.- Generate automated unit/integration tests, CI/CD artifacts, and monitoring infrastructure as part of deliverables.- Continuously look for opportunities for improvement in practices, coding standards, SDLC and business solutions in a variety of areas.- Identify, document and drive standards in the API/services area.- Mentor and train other developers.
