Responsibilities

● Design and develop new features using Full-stack development

(Java/Spring/React/Angular/Mysql) for a cloud(AWS/others) and mobile product

application in SOA/microservices architecture.

● Design awesome features and continuously improve them by exploring alternatives /

technologies to make design improvements.

● Performance testing with Gatling (Scala).

● Work with CI/CD pipeline and tools (Docker, Ansible) to improve build and

deployment process.

● Working with QA to ensure the quality and timing of new release deployments.

Skills/Experience

Good coding/problem solving skills and interest in learning new things will be the key.

Time /Training will be provided to learn new technologies/tools.

● 4 or more years of professional experience in building web/mobile applications using

Java or similar technologies (C#, Ruby, Python, Elixir, NodeJS).

● Experience in Spring Framework or similar frameworks.

● Experience in any DB (SQL/noSQL)

● Any experience in front-end development using React/Vue/Angular/similar

frameworks.

● Any experience with Java/similar testing frameworks (JUnit/Mocks etc).

The Opportunity



Senior Software Development Engineer is responsible for Architecting, Developing & Testing the Autonomize Health platform & applications including the UI, middleware, backend data pipelines, APIs, and cloud operations architecture.

You’re a Fit If You Have

• 7+ years of experience building web applications from scratch, owning the journey from idea → architecture → implementation → deployment → scale.
• Strong experience in designing and architecting scalable, resilient, production-grade systems, with a clear understanding of performance, reliability, and fault tolerance.
• Extensive, hands-on experience in Python and JavaScript (primary languages).
• Experience with Node.js is required.
• Experience with TypeScript and React.js is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, API versioning, authentication/authorization, and best practices for building scalable backend services.
• Deep experience with Microservices architecture, including service decomposition, inter-service communication, observability, and failure handling.
• Strong database expertise with hands-on experience in: Relational databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL databases: MongoDB
• Experience in schema design, query optimization, indexing, and data modeling for scale.
• Sound exposure to Python and/or JavaScript-based backend frameworks such as Django, Flask, or similar.
• Strong experience with containerization and orchestration, including: Docker, Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, configuration, troubleshooting)
• Hands-on experience working with event-driven and distributed systems, including: Kafka, ActiveMQ, and/or Redis
• Experience working with at least one major public cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience deploying, scaling, and managing cloud-native applications.
• Experience building end-to-end systems from an architectural point of view — making design decisions, evaluating trade-offs, and executing with minimal supervision.
• Experience in integrating, deploying, and operationalizing Machine Learning / Deep Learning models into real-world production systems.
• Solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and ability to apply them to solve real-world engineering problems.

Tech Lead

 Key goals and responsibilities

· Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

· Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache

· Ensure best coding practices to build efficiencies and scalability of the tech stack; to be implemented by the team.

· Ensure defect-free software deployment and maintenance thereof.

· Focus on critical trouble shooting issues; be obstacle remover for the team.

· Create and maintain project documentation and tech specs.

· Review the code periodically from technical and security point of view with due recommendations.

· Track team on performance and task management to deliver to timelines and quality.

· Thorough understanding of React.js, Vue Js and its core principles

· Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

· A knack of benchmarking and optimization

· Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial

· Good understanding of quality JavaScript code (Object oriented and commonly used design patterns )

Your key qualifications & competencies:

· Understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3

· At least 5+ years of hands on coding experience

• Design implement and support highly scalable applications and web services using Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET, C#, MVC, WCF, SQL Server, Windows Forms, Web API/Rest API)
• Candidates should have the ability to train and work along with development teams to ensure timelines and quality deliveries.
• Lead project estimations, system architecture and performance engineering of projects
• Support software engineers on the team with guidance, experience, oversight, advice and code reviews

Desired Candidate Profile – 

• Candidate needs to have more than 5+ years of experience with IT industry.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in designing and developing applications on the .NET platform.
• More than 1+ year of experience with MVC, WCF framework is needed.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in React or Angular or JQuery, HTML, CSS
• Experience in web application Architecture and Development with hands on expertise in delivering solutions based on/customizing ASP.Net 4.0 / MVC and above.
• Expert-level knowledge of SQL Server programming.
• Strong understanding of OOPS fundamentals, Entity Framework, LINQ and REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services and Crystal Reports.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (TFS/SVN/Git).
• Proficient understanding of build/release management processes.
• Must have experience of working in Agile/Scrum environment.
• Must have some experience developing Windows-based applications.
• Must possess very good logical, analytical and communication skills.

• Must be willing to travel abroad for short- and long-term duration.
