Azure Virtual Desktop Support / Specialist Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Support / Specialist Engineer with hands-on experience in Azure Virtual Desktop / Windows Virtual Desktop environments. The candidate should also have exposure to data center and DWS environments and be comfortable coordinating infrastructure activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AVD-related technical issues.
• Plan and execute infrastructure activities within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Track progress and provide regular status updates and documentation.
• Ensure infrastructure activities follow technical standards, security policies, and best practices.
• Support data center and DWS-related infrastructure activities.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Good knowledge of Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD).
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with infrastructure and cross-functional teams.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in Data Center environments.

Strong Profile in Art Direction/Integrated Design in Print & Digital Media

Mandatory (Experience): 4+ YOE in Print design (Brochures, Pamphlets, Flyers, Banner Templates) and digital designs for social media

Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have strong experience in InDesign & Figma (Figma is mandatory)

• Drive and own sales and revenue targets from ecommerce operations for the brand marketing campaign on marketplaces and offer management
