About the Role

We are building a new-age consumer commerce platform focused on parents in India. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Mobile Developer who is passionate about creating exceptional mobile experiences and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

As an early member of the engineering team, you will work directly with the CEO and have the opportunity to build and scale our customer-facing mobile applications while also developing internal tools that power our operations. This role offers high ownership, autonomy, and the chance to shape the future of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Develop customer-facing features with a strong focus on performance, usability, and reliability.
• Design and build internal operations tools and workflows that support business teams.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into products.
• Own the complete development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience building mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in either:
• React Native (preferred), or
• Native iOS (Swift), and/or
• Native Android (Kotlin/Java), or
• Flutter.
• Experience consuming REST APIs and integrating backend services.
• Understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Git and modern development practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Experience working in D2C, e-commerce, consumer internet, or marketplace companies.
• Experience building customer-facing mobile products at scale.

Requirements / Experience:

• Min 4 Years of Experience
• Experience in cross-platform mobile software development (Android/iOS) using technologies such as React Native, Flutter, GO/ Golang, Xamarin, Blazor, JavaScript, TypeScript, Dart, C#
• Familiarity with API Development (REST, Web API, WCF, SOAP)
• Experience with full-lifecycle design, development, and testing of critical business applications
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Summary:

We are looking for a talented Flutter Mobile App Developer to join our team. The ideal

candidate will have a strong understanding of Flutter and Dart, as well as experience

developing mobile apps for Android and iOS. The successful candidate will be

responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality mobile apps

that meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, test, and deploy mobile apps using Flutter and Dart

● Work with product managers and designers to gather requirements and translate

them into technical specifications

● Work with other engineers to build and maintain our mobile app codebase

● Stay up-to-date on the latest Flutter and Dart developments

● Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality

Qualifications:

Responsibilities :

- As a Flutter Developer, you will create cross platform apps for iOS and Android using Google's Flutter development framework. The primary focus will be on creating new experiences.

- Work on a category creating, possibly disruptive fintech product in early stages

- Working with Mobile App development team to build pretty much everything - features, UI that works across multiple devices and interfaces, app analytics and more

- Translating UIUX designs into code, eye for good UI and UX.

- Write concise, well-documented code

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

- App availability across with range of devices and Android iOS version

Required Technical Skills :
