To accelerate our outbound efforts, we are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who can identify, qualify, and nurture potential enterprise clients in these regions.

Role Overview

As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for building a robust pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. This role is ideal for someone who understands enterprise technology and is driven by performance metrics, curiosity, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation

• Identify key target accounts and decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of IT, Digital, Procurement, etc.) across target geographies.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
• Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, and ZoomInfo to build prospect lists.

Email Campaigns & LinkedIn Outreach

• Draft and send personalized outreach messages tailored to buyer personas and industries.
• Manage and optimize outbound email sequences to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions.
• Engage and follow up with prospects on LinkedIn to build relationships and generate interest.

CRM & Reporting

• Update and maintain CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) with accurate contact and activity data.
• Track and report on key lead generation KPIs such as number of outreaches, responses, meetings booked, etc.
• Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and align on lead quality expectations.

Market Intelligence

• Conduct basic research on companies, industries, and decision-makers before outreach.
• Stay informed on global trends in enterprise IT (cloud, app development, AI, automation, etc.) to have contextually relevant conversations.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development for IT services or tech consulting companies.
• Strong hands-on experience with outbound tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, Hunter, etc.).
• Familiarity with email marketing and outreach automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Woodpecker, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Understanding of global enterprise sales dynamics and buyer personas in markets like SEA, India, GCC, Europe, and North America.
• Organized, persistent, and motivated to meet and exceed outreach targets.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Azure Data Engineer with strong experience in data modeling, pipeline development, and SQL/Spark expertise. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Data Analytics & BI teams to implement robust data solutions on Azure Synapse and ensure seamless data integration with third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Azure data pipelines using Azure Synapse (SQL dedicated pools or Apache Spark pools).
• Implement data models in collaboration with the Data Analytics and BI teams.
• Optimize and manage large-scale SQL and Spark-based data processing solutions.
• Ensure data availability and reliability for third-party application consumption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the manual testing efforts of the QA team in an Agile development environment.
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute test cases.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, plans, and reports.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on test progress, defect status, and quality metrics to higher authorities.
• Perform Functional, Non-Functional, GUI testing, Smoke, Sanity testing, Performance testing, Pen Testing, Monkey testing, Retesting & Regression testing.

• To prepare daily Sprint reports.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in software testing and QA methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing and QA, with a focus on manual testing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a team lead managing at least 5 team members in an Agile development environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology.
• Experience with testing web-based applications, mobile applications, and APIs

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical authority in prospective meetings with other departments and provide guidance to developers

Qualification

• Computer Science & Engineering education/degree from an internationally recognized top technology institute or university
• 8-10 years of overall experience in the delivery of quality scalable and extensible software. Should currently be leading a team of top-notch developers as an Engineering Manager or Technical Architect.
• Experience of leading product development in B2C startups
• 4+ years of experience in architecting, designing, developing, and scaling high-quality mobile apps and end-to-end systems (consumer-facing and business-facing systems), under tight timelines and delivery pressure
• Experience with backend software development at a high scale. Experience with distributed systems, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and microservices design.
• Capacity to take the complete responsibility of developing and delivering a product-mobile apps and backend. Has good design sense. Has to experience with Node.js.
• Knowledge of new and cutting-edge technologies & tools. Experience working on complex projects having Analytics, Data-Science and Machine Learning components.
