The Role - Account manager
As the account manager, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with and upselling to some of the best known Indian and eventually global brands.
*Your core areas of ownership would be - *
- Nurturing the qualified leads: Once the opportunities are qualified, you will help the Chief sales officer to guide the leads through our sales process, which will involve a mix of in person, video call and telephone activities.
- Collaboration with client SPOCs: Create close working relationships with clients on the ground and engage with the SPOC on a frequent basis
- Project manage the delivery
- Keep the NPS high
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in end-user experience and think of ways to resolve them
You have:
- Proven ability to engage with service side client professionals (department heads as well as CXOs)
- Experience of managing large scale account activities with large enterprises with multiple stakeholders as well as promoter-driven organisations
- Masterful communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to forge and build relationships at a senior level - crossing multiple sectors and geographies.
- Public speaking experience: Commanding an audience of 1 or 50, both in person and over video conference
