Run parallel tracks with the help of junior team members. We follow a breadth-first and depth later approach which almost always keeps us on our feet.Ā

Be responsible for seamless execution including last-mile delivery and post-release analysis to decipher the impact of the efforts.Ā

Work through design problems from beginning to end: translating business strategy, research insights, and data into ideas that form disruptive new products and features and improving and simplifying existing workflows.

Own and manage the design system and provide direction to evolve it as and when necessary toĀ keep up with best practices and design trends

Sketch and prototype ideas to quickly assess the viability and design the workflows and fine-grained details of interactions.
