We’re a lean, fast-moving startup on a mission to build cool, scalable web solutions—and we’re looking for a Trainee PHP Developer who’s hungry to learn and ready to dive into real code from day one.

At our place, you won’t be stuck doing repetitive tasks or fetching coffee (unless you want to). You’ll be working side-by-side with experienced devs, building real products, making mistakes, fixing them, and growing fast.

What You'll Be Doing

• Learn the ropes of PHP development, including working with MySQL, APIs, and web services
• Build, test, and improve small features and internal tools
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product folks
• Experiment, ask questions, break things, and help fix them
• Get hands-on with code reviews, Git workflows, and modern dev tools
• Learn frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter (we’ll help!)

• A solid foundation in PHP (even basic is fine—you’ll grow here)
• Some exposure to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• - 3+ years of industry experience as a Backend/Full Stack Engineer
• - Degree in Computer Science or related field
• - Experience with developing web and mobile applications
• - Must have 2-5 years of experience building applications using front end technologies like – React, Angular 2+, JavaScript/Typescript, HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap 
• - Must have 2-5 years of full time Python (Django) experience, and hands-on experience through all stages of Agile software development life cycle. 
• - Ability to write optimized codes, debug programs, and integrate applications with third party tools by developing various APIs.
• - Proficiency with Python or relevant back-end scripting language
• - Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases, web servers (e.g. Nginx)
• - Experience with Cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS), relevant microservices and load scaling
• - Maintains a strong knowledge base of new open source tech stacks, applications, techniques, and skills

• Experience with the following tools/ frameworks: Maven, GIT
• Experience in PKI is an asset

Job Description –

• Full stack developer position.
• Should have total of 5-7 years of experience.
• Should have min. of 2 years of experience in developing Enterprise apps on React.js and 2 years on Django apps.
• Very good in Data structure, logical reasoning, and algorithms.
• Experience with cloud providers like AWS or Azure or GCP is also required.
• Good Understanding of Design and Integration patterns.
• Ability to work independently and with lots of ownership.
• Ability to learn and apply newer technologies quickly.
• Good to have knowledge in building progressive web apps.

Role Description

• You will be full stack senior developer.
• Handle team of junior backend and frontend developer.
• You can and want to write code end-to-end.
• You would enjoy designing a system for speed and scale.
• Developing product using Reactjs for front end and Python for back end.
• We want you to debate on the pros and cons of different architectures and tech stack choices and be real contributing members.
• We want people who can and want to learn new stuff in real-time while on the job.

Skills - JavaScript, React.js, HTML, CSS, SQL with MySQL / PostgreSQL, Python, Django, AWS or Azure or GCP

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Coding and Development. The desired candidate will be responsible for developing next-generation web applications & software products
Analyzing requirements, problems and solving them with the best solution.
Producing high-quality code without much supervision and on-time delivery.
A high degree of passion for developing the ability to rapidly learn and apply new technologies to meet business goals is crucial.
Proficiency in design patterns.
Extensive experience with writing code accessing and manipulating the databases.
Must have worked on Web Services, E-commerce, CRM, e-learning products, etc 
Interacting & working with the design team to match code with design layout.
Working in a cross-functional team, collaborating with peers during the entire SDLC.

Responsibilities of the PHP Developer Role:

• Proficient in Laravel or other similar framework
• Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc.
• Knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services.
• A senior member of a team responsible for the development of the back office system.
• Write code to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way.
• Ensure that code is well structured and documented in best practice.
• Assist in writing development specs to enhance the system and to allow for more efficient work practices.
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Create a test environment and roll out rigorous user testing practices.
• Assist senior management in evaluating and prioritizing system enhancements.
