We are looking to hire a talented illustrator to create high-quality artwork for our digital and print media publications. As an illustrator, you are required to work closely with our clients, marketing team, and in-house project team to design and develop inspiring artwork that will attract our target audience. Job Description
We are looking for a user-experience (UX) designer to join Triveous and help us in our journey to create beautiful, usable and inclusive mobile products. She/He will be responsible for understanding and executing the entire design lifecycle of various projects. That includes creating user personas, mapping user journeys, creating prototypes and testing them out with actual users.
The role also involves talking to client stakeholders to execute the design process independently. Experience in communicating design inputs, decisions and outputs with key stakeholders is a definite plus.
Since this is a remote role, you would need to be self motivated and proactive in all the work that you do.
Tasks and Responsibilities

The Opportunity:
As UX Designer you will be responsible for overseeing the design and user experience of Frolick’s website and app. This will include :design, analysis of both web and app performance, audits and strategic recommendations to address user needs and enhance their experience with Frolick’s digital presence.
Your role will be integral in implementing what success looks like by identifying our customer needs and ensuring that the product supports Frolick’s overall strategy and goals while collaborating with a team to turn that vision into action. Your Responsibilities:
- Lead website and app design and development to to drive an amazing user experience that is balanced between intuitive and aesthetically pleasing
- Know how to understand customers, their needs and experience through market research, customer analysis and user feedback
- Develop user interaction design systems and user flow wireframes to communicate product vision and functionalities
- Build an understanding of how each step in the design process and user choices tier up to the vision of Frolick’s customer journey
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams during implementation and communicate customer feedback and understand technical constraints
- Embody a “can do” and growth mindset, from experimentation and tinkering to constantly pushing your creative ability to better identify our customers’ needs
Requirements / Superpowers:
- 5-7 years of UX design experience, preferably some of it in last-mile logistics or E-commerce

- Experience managing multiple projects at once and prioritizing simultaneously
- Knowledge of industry tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch among others
