The Role

We seek an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Representative to manage and convert leads of prospective Indian students interested in studying in New Zealand. You will serve as the primary liaison, guiding students through the initial stages of considering studying abroad and assisting them in navigating the path to realizing their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with prospective students via email, phone calls, and video chats, offering detailed information about New Zealand's study options, application procedures, visa requirements, and lifestyle.
• Assist students in identifying educational opportunities that align with their career aspirations, providing clear, logical, and persuasive advice.
• Diligently follow up on leads, utilizing our CRM to track interactions and progress with prospective students.
• Work closely with our marketing team to enhance lead generation strategies using a data-driven approach.
• Engage in promotional activities such as educational fairs, webinars, and seminars to advocate for our services and New Zealand as a prime study destination.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Requirements

• Demonstrable sales experience, preferably within the education sector or similar fields.
• Exceptional communication skills, characterized by the ability to convey information clearly, logically, and persuasively without relying on complex vocabulary or specific accents.
• Proficiency in using smart sales automation tools and a data-driven methodology to increase customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Indian educational system and the unique needs of students looking to study abroad.
• Familiarity with New Zealand’s educational system and visa regulations is preferred.
• Fluent in English and at least one major Indian language (e.g., Hindi, Punjabi).
• Capable of working autonomously in a remote environment.

1. Proficiency in Python 3.x based web and backend development

2. Solid understanding of Python concepts

3. Experience with some form of Machine Learning (ML)

4. Experience in using libraries such as Numpy and Pandas

5. Some form of experience with NLP and Deep Learning using any of Pytorch, Tensorflow, Keras, Scikit-learn or similar

6. Hands on experience with RDBMS such as Postgres or MySQL

7. Experience building REST APIs using DRF or Flask

8. Comfort with Git repositories, branching and deployment using Git

9. Working experience with Docker

10. Basic working knowledge of ReactJs

11. Experience in deploying Django applications to AWS,Digital Ocean or Heroku

We are looking for a knowledgeable Payroll & HR Specialist to process and manage the company's payroll.

• Prepare Offer letter, Letter of intent, Process payroll, Exit interview, Induction, PF & ESI, Account related activities.
• Recruitment for internal hiring.
• Receiving approval from management for payments when needed
• Process ETDS taxes and payment of employee benefits
• Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.

• Planning for Employee entertainment once a month

• Maintain and administer employee-related data
• Preparation of payroll inputs and ensure consistency of output
• Accountable for ensuring employee salaries are paid accurately and as per the companys policy
• Reconciliation of payroll data and maintain a proper document control system for auditing
• Process candidate offers. Engage and explain compensation and benefit details to prospective employees
• Coordinate with various departments and ensure that the new joiner induction goes smoothly
• Verification and collection of documents from the new joiners and their maintenance
• Administration of CRM used for employee performance and appraisal
• Administration of CRM used for tracking employee vacation details
• Responsible for filing all the relevant documents as required under the labor law
• Address any routine HR request by employees

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in the field of HR/Payroll in the field of IT/ ITES.
• Good knowledge of employment processing, statutory benefits, records management and recruitment.
• Minimum graduate. Preferably with a commerce background. MBA is a bonus.
