Job Summary:

This role is for a Senior Technology Lead to drive the strategy and execution across a portfolio of IT

applications involving product backlog management, development, production stability, staffing and

partner management including business users and customers.

Ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in IT, with about 10-15 years of experience

in software development using Microsoft ASP.Net, MVC, C#, JavaScript, Jquery and SQL Server. Prior

experience in Finance domain is preferred

Key Responsibilities and skills:

● Strong hands-on technical expertise on Microsoft ASP.Net, MVC, C#, JavaScript, Jqueryand SQL Server

● Exposure to SDLC tools, such as: Visual Studio, JIRA, Git including CI/CD and test automation

● Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and implementation of IT

applications in on-prem and cloud environment.

● Proficient in the software development lifecycle and underlying processes. Exposure to Agile

methodologies is very useful

● Strong communication skills both oral and written to handle team, client and management levels

● Work with business teams in understanding and prioritizing the requirements for future releases

● Developing standards and procedures to ensure that software quality standards are met and

consistent.

● Proven track record in designing and delivering technical solutions

● Strong management experience particularly managing multiple application development teams,

including L1 and L2 support

Responsibilities

Requirements
• Overall 4.5+ years of experience in frontend development using React, Redux.
• B.E/B.Tech in CS or equivalent streams from institute of repute (IITs, NITs, BITs,
IIITs or equivalent)
• Ability to write readable and maintainable JavaScript code
• Ability to build pixel-perfect user interfaces with smooth interactions
• Knowledge of Web technologies and concepts -HTML, CSS, REST APIs, Caching, etc.
• Experience in Vue.JS and Angular.JS is a plus.
• Experience using web build tools, such as Webpack, Babel, NPM, Yarn, etc.
• Solid understanding of how web applications work including OWASP, XSRF,
Security, Session management and best development practices.
• Experience in Cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with handling Services, RESTful APIs and developing for high-volume
web applications. Experience in Microservice architecture and practices.

• 5-7 years of relevant product design, development and testing experience
• Strong technical skills in java springboot/MVC frameworks, reactjS. API development, Cloud native solutions like lambda, azure functions is good to have.
• Database – primarily Mongo DB, Knowledge of postgres /MySQL is good to have
• DevOps - Knowledge of DevOps will be good to have
• API - Preferred experience with one of API gateway platform (Apigee, Mulesoft, Kong, WSO2)
