About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Data Modelling & Visualization

• Build scalable and high-quality data models in Power BI using best practices.

Data Transformation & ETL

Business Problem Translation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business problems into scalable, data-centric solutions.

Performance & Troubleshooting

• Continuously optimize performance of dashboards and pipelines for latency, reliability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data access, quality, security, and latency, adhering to SLAs.

Analytical Storytelling

• Apply analytical thinking to design insightful dashboards—prioritizing clarity and usability over aesthetics.
• Develop data narratives that drive business impact.

Solution Design

• Deliver wireframes, POCs, and final solutions aligned with business requirements and technical feasibility.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar data-focused role.
• Strong expertise in Power BI: data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M Language), and visualization best practices.
• Hands-on with Python and SQL for data analysis, automation, and backend data transformation.
• Deep understanding of data storytelling, visual best practices, and dashboard performance tuning.
• Familiarity with DAX Studio and Tabular Editor.
• Experience in handling high-volume data in production environments.

Position Responsibilities

●      Answer technical support phone calls on software/hardware.

●      Respond in writing via email to cases entered into an online self service portal.

●      Gather and document all information pertaining to a customer issue into a case ticket, respond to new cases within established timeframes, manage caseload and provide updates to customers with open cases, effectively troubleshoot assigned cases and identify those that need escalation to Senior Analysts.

●      Accurate gathering of data, should a call not be resolved during the initial phone call, it is imperative that the case have the entire details of the issue and suggested recommendations for resolution. If a caller requires additional support of the issue, all pertinent information should be captured for the next analyst.

●      Escalates design, reliability, and maintenance problems to the Technical Support Team Lead / Product Manager.

●      Being proactive and taking the initiative are keys to success. Utilization of slow business periods to train on software functions identified by the Technical Support Team Lead is essential.

●      Follows internal escalation path, involving other departments when needed, documenting each call for ease of escalation.

●      Periodic Installation and Training of software/hardware for clients via remote connection.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Define project objectives, schedules, resource requirements, budget, and deliverables for different projects and programs in support of business goals.
• Lead and execute all tactical project management aspects of different esports programs and projects to expand our brand and viewership goals.
• Be responsible for creation and distribution of complete project plans, related documentation, and reporting requirements to all project stakeholders, internal teams and client personnel.
