Roles & Responsibilities
- The role will entail enabling new products & propositions liaising with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders to solve business problem(s) and ensure mutual growth.
- The role will entail building and manage relationships with the Insurance Companies.
- Establish relationships with business leaders and underwriters of all insurance companies.
- Be primarily responsible for getting the best quotations across insurers, handle negotiations around policy terms and price.
- Be accountable for end-to-end group insurance product delivery for our partners.
- Maintain and improve the UAT sign off TATs as aligned by the organization.
- Develop and deepen both existing and new insurer relationships to support the strategic vision of the organization.
- Own overall delivery of the product from functions across product, compliance, legal, tech, and other functions.
- Be accountable for the delivery of API integration of new products with partners ecosystem (Web service and API integration).
Requirements, Desired Skills and Experience
- 4 years of relevant experience with any Insurance Company
- 4 years of relevant experience in the Insurer Relations Team, Central Product Team,
- Placements Team, Distribution Planning, Partner Onboarding, Process Excellence vertical/teams
- Masters degree is a must
- Entrepreneurial mindset, networking, and relationship building are must-have competencies
- Ability to take initiative, be proactive and work independently as well as with team to drive results

Roles & Responsibilities
- Experience with L2/L3 support, Service Management, Escalation management, KPI/SLAs tracking, measuring and reporting
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide resolution in a fast-paced environment
- Installing/ upgrading the database server and application tools.
- Good in creating support documentation – Runbook, troubleshooting guide, SOP
- Should be open to work towards issue resolution as priority tasks
- Ability to qualify issues, test them and provide resolution with the help of Dev/Engineering team
- Provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.
- Solve database usage issues and malfunctions.
- Provide data management support for our users/clients
- Linux/Unix Operating System skills including
- Viewing and searching server log files
- Editor skills such as vi, vim, emacs etc
- Restart and trouble shoot servers not responding
- Copy files from remote servers
- Vhost and Access logs interpretation
Requirements, Desired Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience in delivering results-driven solutions with proven business value.
- 3+ years of experience with Python/Perl/C or similar scripting.
- Familiar with queries, procedures, and query optimization
- Hands on experience with linux operating environment.
- Run simple scripts on linux preferably linux root as sudo
- AWS certification - preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with working on an Agile/Iterative development framework.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude with the ability to collaborate with product managers and developers.
- Good to have knowledge of support tools – Freshdesk or similar tools
- Prior knowledge of Insurance domain is a plus
- Should be open to work over weekends and on holidays during emergencies

We sell direct across France and Europe from colorneon.com. More than 10,000 homes, bars, restaurants, shops and event planners have bought from us. Every sign is handcrafted, energy-efficient LED neon with a 2-year warranty.
The business runs on Shopify. We built our own 3D neon configurator so customers can design their sign in the browser, and we work AI-first: the team uses Claude and Codex every day to build, test and ship.
We are now opening our first engineering seat in India, in Indore. Until now every technical decision has been made remotely from France. That changes with this hire: one engineer, sitting with the founder, owning the Shopify apps, the storefront rebuild and the configurator. One product, long term, with real ownership.
