We’re looking for someone at the intersection of AI-powered business process engineering and B2B marketing execution — business-aware enough to make good judgment calls, and technical enough to build and run the systems that make those judgments scale. This role demands both: not just AI, and not just marketing.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
· AI-powered business process engineering — design, build, and iterate multi-step AI workflows across BD, marketing, and operations; you can build and debug these systems end-to-end, not just prompt for outputs
· Account-based marketing (ABM) — manage and improve IBC’s full BD pipeline from target identification to outreach; one of several application areas for your AI and process skills
· AI adoption — help the team integrate AI tools into day-to-day work
· Founder support — work directly on strategic priorities; this role sits at the centre of how IBC operates
· Team interface — work with delivery partners, clients, and the broader team
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· 1–3 years experience in a fast-moving environment — consulting, startup, or marketing. Minimum 1 year of post-graduation work experience required; freshers will not be considered
· Genuinely AI-curious — you’ve used Claude, ChatGPT, Make, Zapier or similar and built multi-step workflows with them; you can build and debug these systems, not just write prompts for outputs
· Engineering or business degree from a good institution — we care about how you think
· Business-aware — you understand context before automating anything
· B2B marketing interest is a strong plus
· Works independently — owns outcomes, not just tasks
