Profile Description:
The job holder will work with developers and the IT staff to oversee the code releases, combining an understanding of both engineering and coding. From creating and implementing systems software to analyzing data to improve existing ones, a DevOps Engineer increases productivity in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs
- Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
- Planning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities.
- Managing stakeholders and external interfaces
- Setting up tools and required infrastructure
- Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
- Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project.
- Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs
- Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage
- Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
- Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management
- Incidence management and root cause analysis
- Coordination and communication within the team and with customers
- Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools
- Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
- Mentoring and guiding the team members
- Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs
- Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer

Profile Description:
The job holder will manage the day-to-day planning and operations of your team. This includes making sure that each of your Teammates delivers on their Service Level Agreement (SLA) and achieves their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). As a Team Leader, you are in charge of managing the team and making sure everyone adheres to their schedules. You must be organized and be able to handle responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Project / Process:
- Drive team to achieve process SLAs / metrics – productivity and quality targets within the established timelines.
- Ensure individual SLAs are met on processing transactions (if applicable).
- Ensure process guidelines are followed and met as documented.
- Review process audit findings and take corrective action to prevent negative results.
- Conduct Quality checks & periodical review of process adherence.
- Maintain operations rigor around daily huddles, knowledge management Cross training etc.
- Provide updates and submit reports related to own area of work.
Team Managements:
- Provide work direction and guidance to team members:
- ensure accuracy of the work of team members, their ability to operate under deadlines and to work on multiple tasks
- Allocate work and tasks to the team.
- Conduct team building activities to enhance motivation.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for new joiners in the team.
- Identify training needs of team members and provide coaching support to them.
- Report to the manager on performance, status and any escalations.
- Manage attrition and absenteeism.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
- Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
