Profile Description:
The job holder will work with developers and the IT staff to oversee the code releases, combining an understanding of both engineering and coding. From creating and implementing systems software to analyzing data to improve existing ones, a DevOps Engineer increases productivity in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs
- Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure

Profile Description:
The job holder will manage the day-to-day planning and operations of your team. This includes making sure that each of your Teammates delivers on their Service Level Agreement (SLA) and achieves their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for new joiners in the team.
- Identify training needs of team members and provide coaching support to them.
- Report to the manager on performance, status and any escalations.
- Manage attrition and absenteeism.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.

Role Overview
As a Senior Engineer, you’ll ensure that projects don’t just get built — they get shipped. You’ll be the driving force behind architecture design, technical decision-making, project delivery, and stakeholder communication.
