Position Title: Senior Rust Developer

Location: Gurugram

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Rust Developer with 5 Years of experience in software development and 3 to 4 Years of professional experience with Rust. As a Rust Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving software written in Rust. This role involves collaborating with other developers to create high-quality and stable software, as well as troubleshooting and resolving bugs.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development and Maintenance:

• Develop software solutions using Rust.
• Maintain and improve existing Rust codebases.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with other developers to create high-quality software.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Troubleshooting and Bug Resolution:

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs in Rust applications.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

Total Experience: 5 Years in software development.

Relevant Experience: 3 to 4 Years of professional experience with Rust.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in the Rust programming language.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js.

Build and optimize Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) with offline capabilities, push notifications, and responsive design.

Implement mobile-first features and ensure cross-device compatibility.

Handle app packaging and distribution for various platforms (e.g., Android, iOS via PWA standards).

Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Design, build, and maintain a scalable component library to promote UI consistency and reusability across projects

Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of applications.

Optimize application performance and loading times.

Integrate APIs and manage state using modern tools (e.g., Redux, Context API).

Implement and manage push notifications and background sync features.

Advocate for and implement best practices in UI architecture, including modularity, theming, and performance optimization.

Stay up to date with the latest trends in Web development and PWA capabilities.

Hospitality services domain experience is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and software development best practices.

Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

• 3+ years of experience in Technology.

Your Responsibilities:

• Own the backend stack – Node.Js based, that powers our product

3. Create and analyze design reports.

4. Research, ideate, implement and execute improved strategies for increasing design efficiency.
