We are looking for a driven and people-focused Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying potential students, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right educational solutions. You will play a key role in driving admissions by generating leads, engaging with prospects, and nurturing them through the decision-making journey.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential students through various lead-generation channels.

Prospect new leads via cold calling, follow-ups, events, referrals, and digital outreach.

Understand student/parent needs and recommend suitable programs or courses.

Engage with key decision-makers and build strong advisory relationships.

Maintain accurate records of interactions, updates, and progress in the CRM system.

Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall growth of the admissions pipeline.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience in counselling, sales, or customer-facing roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisions.

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple leads effectively

Salary -35k-38k CTC (2+ year exp)

Shift : 10AM-7PM

We're seeking a qualified sales associate to sell annual car and bike Scotty subscription products that our customers have grown to rely on. The sales associate will utilize their skills to generate high-quality leads, build strong relationships with customers, and close deals. The ideal candidate has skills and demonstrates the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly. 

Job Location: Work from home

Selection process: HR Round followed by group discussion and sales manager round.

Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Working days: 6 days          Sunday is off

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
• Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for coding mobile apps
• Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture
• Use and adapt existing web applications for apps
• Create and test software prototypes
• Develop client displays and user interfaces
• Review and refactor code
• Deploy fully functional applications
• Assist software personnel in handling project related work and other requirements
• Coordinate with other developers and team members
• Document development and operational procedures

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Familiarity with the .Net Core, ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
• 2+ years of development experience using MVC, C# .NET
• In depth understanding of design patterns
• Strong exposure to SQL / MySQL, MS SQL Server
• Knowledge of JQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, Bootstrap, CSS3
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Knowledge of ReactJS, Angular is a plus
• Able to work well in a team setting

DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a great Frontend developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality products are important.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and sockets
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
