The International Inside Sales – Team Lead will be responsible for driving sales growth in global markets, leading a small inside sales team, and ensuring effective client engagement. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual
international sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities in international markets (B2B, retail, e-

Drive the full sales cycle – from prospecting and lead qualification to closing
deals.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
4–6 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role.
Experience in international sales, preferably in FMCG, food, or organic products.
