We provide professional facility management, technical manpower, housekeeping, kitchen duct cleaning, air duct cleaning, HVAC and specialised project-based services. We are building a performance-driven sales team capable of developing strong client relationships and supporting the company’s pan-India growth.
Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, online research and professional networking platforms.
The role involves identifying potential clients, connecting with decision-makers, understanding preliminary service requirements, qualifying leads and coordinating meetings for the sales and business development team.
The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, lead generation or B2B client outreach. The candidate must be confident in communicating with corporate clients, managing regular follow-ups and working towards defined sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Identify prospective clients through LinkedIn, online research, business directories, industry databases and other lead-generation platforms.
- Conduct outbound calling, email campaigns and professional messaging to generate business enquiries.
- Develop and maintain a database of target companies, decision-makers and relevant contact details.
- Identify suitable prospects across industries such as hospitality, healthcare, commercial real estate, corporate offices, retail and facility management.
- Qualify leads based on client requirements, business potential, location, service requirement and decision-making authority.
2. Client Communication and Engagement
- Initiate professional conversations with facility managers, purchase teams, administration heads, engineering teams and other decision-makers.
- Introduce Accordible’s services clearly and explain their relevance to the prospect’s business requirements.
- Understand initial client requirements and collect the necessary information for further discussion.
- Respond to preliminary client queries and share service profiles, presentations and company information.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, presentations or calls for qualified opportunities.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects until the opportunity progresses to the next sales stage.
3. Sales Pipeline Management
- Maintain an organised pipeline of new leads, active follow-ups, meetings, proposals and potential business opportunities.
- Update lead status, communication history, next follow-up date and meeting outcomes in the CRM or internal sales tracker.
- Ensure that no qualified lead is missed due to delayed or incomplete follow-up.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further discussions, site assessments, quotations and commercial negotiations.
- Follow up on proposals and quotations under the guidance of the Team Lead.
4. Proposal and Internal Coordination
- Collect complete client requirements before forwarding the opportunity for proposal preparation.
- Coordinate with operations and relevant internal departments to understand service feasibility, manpower requirements and execution timelines.
- Assist in preparing proposals containing the scope of work, pricing, service frequency and commercial terms.
- Ensure that proposals and quotations are shared with clients within the defined turnaround time.
- Support the preparation and follow-up of approximately 20–25 proposals per month, depending on qualified opportunities.
5. Market Research
- Research new industries, companies, geographical markets and potential business segments.
- Track market developments, client requirements, competitor activities and service trends.
- Identify potential opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Accordible’s services.
- Provide market feedback to the Team Lead regarding client expectations, pricing concerns and competitor positioning.
6. Target Achievement
- Work towards monthly targets related to lead generation, qualified opportunities, meetings and proposal conversions.
- Maintain the required level of daily outreach and follow-up activity.
- Improve response and conversion rates through structured calling, professional communication and timely follow-ups.
- Take ownership of assigned leads and maintain consistent progress towards defined sales objectives.
7. Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate daily records of calls, emails, follow-ups, meetings and lead status.
- Submit daily and weekly sales activity reports.
- Prepare regular updates on qualified leads, meetings scheduled, proposals submitted and pending follow-ups.
- Track individual performance against assigned targets.
- Maintain complete and accurate client data in the CRM or internal tracking system.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B tele-sales, lead generation, business development or corporate client acquisition.
- Experience in facility management, hospitality services, housekeeping, technical services, HVAC, manpower supply or other B2B service industries will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of sales pipelines, lead qualification and follow-up processes.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, email communication and online research platforms.
