Accordible is a growing B2B facility management and engineering services company serving more than 600 clients across India. Our clientele includes hotels, hospitals, corporate offices, malls, commercial establishments and other institutional facilities.

We provide professional facility management, technical manpower, housekeeping, kitchen duct cleaning, air duct cleaning, HVAC and specialised project-based services. Position Overview:

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, online research and professional networking platforms.

The role involves identifying potential clients, connecting with decision-makers, understanding preliminary service requirements, qualifying leads and coordinating meetings for the sales and business development team.

The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, lead generation or B2B client outreach. The candidate must be confident in communicating with corporate clients, managing regular follow-ups and working towards defined sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

  • Identify prospective clients through LinkedIn, online research, business directories, industry databases and other lead-generation platforms.
  • Conduct outbound calling, email campaigns and professional messaging to generate business enquiries.
  • Develop and maintain a database of target companies, decision-makers and relevant contact details.
