📌 Position Overview

We are looking for a Construction Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across architecture, interior design, project management, and site execution. The recruiter will partner with stakeholders to ensure timely hiring aligned with project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Source and attract candidates for roles such as architects, interior designers, AutoCAD/3D visualizers, site engineers, and supervisors, Legal Advisors , CRM Sales, Account Managers ETC
• Screening & Evaluation: Conduct interviews, assess technical skills, certifications (RERA, LEED, OSHA), and cultural fit.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and HR to align hiring with construction project milestones.
• Offer & Onboarding: Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and oversee smooth onboarding.
• Database Management: Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards.
• Employer Branding: Strengthen the company’s reputation in the construction and real estate sector.

📚 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction or real estate.
• Knowledge of compliance and labor laws in India (Factories Act, Building & Other Construction Workers Act).

🌍 Location

Bengaluru, India – with flexibility to travel to project sites when required.

Full-time, office-based with site visits.

Job brief

We are looking for a Business Analyst to help us to build our online-only investment platform, which will enable investors to easily invest in mutual funds from leading fund houses in India, corporate fixed deposits, and various other investment products. Another important activity where Business analyst will help us is that to keep a track on different asset class and keep them updated in system. Which will help us to do financial planning for the investor.

Business Analyst Desk - JD 

1) To update regular reports like

a. Fact Sheets

b. One Pager

c. Performance Snapshot

d. SIP Report

e. Dividend History Report

2) Track daily news from newspaper and keep proper log in soft copy / Hard copies. Prepare small notes based on these reports and the same can be shared to our investors and our business development team.

3) Maintain interest rate tracker for all fixed income products (Corporate FD, Bank FD, Debenture, post office schemes, etc) in soft copies

4) Track market quotes of all close ended products and debenture issues and tax free bond issues

5) Keep track on forthcoming events like

a) Forthcoming dividend

b) New Fund Offer

c) IPO List

d) Public Issues of debenture

6) Track quarterly results of all companies which are offering fixed deposit and those companies who have issued debentures to public

7) Empanelment process with respective companies wherever we wanted to engage them with business.

8) Provide data/content and write up to our monthly newsletter.

Preferred only Engineering background students(IIT, NIT and VNIT)

1. Managing all finance and accounting operations.
2. Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
3. Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.

Embedded Software - Linux 

Job Responsibilities: 

Linux development engineer working on microcontroller firmware development, Linux platform drivers and IoT solutions. Should be able to resolve technical roadblocks and deliver project commitments. Looking for someone with 2+ years in the embedded industry and a passion to grow along with the company. 

Selected candidates for this role will be reporting to the software tech lead/manager in the organization. 

• Embedded software development activities and Linux platform development.
• Work with QA teams to resolve bugs and ensure release readiness 

The main responsibilities of this role are: 

Technical: 

• Strong programming skills (C, C++, assembly) 
• Linux development experience (porting & platform drivers) 
• Knowledge of embedded microcontroller & microprocessor-based systems 
• Prior experience of delivering modules for microcontroller projects 
• Good understanding of commonly used embedded communication protocols 
• Good understanding of common embedded peripherals, interfaces & sensors 
• Experience working on Real-Time systems (RTOS) 
• Should be able to quickly learn new technologies.
• Should be able to work with minimal technical guidance 

Leadership: 

• This role requires excellent communication skills
