Job Purpose
Serve as the bridge between internal sales teams and external stakeholders by interpreting technical requirements, crafting optimal techno-commercial proposals, handling bids/tenders, and supporting both pre- and post-order phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Review P&IDs, process specs, and tender documents to determine technical feasibility.
- Select appropriate product/models that align with customer specs (e.g., valves, instrumentation).
- Develop comprehensive techno-commercial proposals, including scope, costing, pricing, and terms.
- Manage bid submissions (including e-tendering), maintain enquiry/offer registers, and ensure timely delivery.
- Address technical and commercial customer queries effectively.
- Liaise with customers, EPCs, channel partners, and internal teams (Sales, Application, Engineering) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide post-order support, technical clarifications, and ensure order alignment with quotation.
Qualifications & Experience
- BE in Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.

What you need to have:
