What you’ll do: 

• Work closely with the UX team to understand project goals, user needs, and business objectives.
• Assist in user research, from gathering insights and mapping user journeys to synthesizing findings into actionable ideas.
• Contribute to wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and interaction flows to bring user stories to life.
• Collaborate on crafting user-friendly, accessible, and visually consistent interfaces that align with brand and usability standards.
• Design visual moodboards, UI screens, and clickable prototype flows to communicate ideas effectively.
• Help maintain and evolve our design system for consistency across projects.
• Stay updated with the latest UX trends, AI design tools, and best practices, and learn how to apply them in real projects.
• Take feedback positively, ask questions, and iterate continuously
• Use AI tools smartly to enhance research, ideation, and design workflows while maintaining quality and creativity.

What we are looking for: 

• Pursuing a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Strong curiosity about user behavior and experience design.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Framer, or similar.
• Interest or basic experience with AI-powered design tools.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A portfolio (academic or personal projects) that shows how you think and solve problems through design.

The intern will be responsible for conducting market research to identify new opportunities, generating leads through targeted strategies, engaging with potential clients, and maintaining relationships to foster business growth. Tasks include assisting in developing business proposals, generating client presentations, analyzing market data, and supporting customer service initiatives. The role offers a collaborative and dynamic environment where interns contribute actively to expanding the company’s reach and business potential.

Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated IT Sales Intern to join our business development team. This role offers hands-on exposure to IT sales processes, lead generation, and client engagement, with mentorship from senior managers.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with senior managers, receiving step-by-step guidance and mentorship.

• IT Lead Generation: Identify and research new customers and business opportunities.
• Outreach: Engage prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and professional networking.
• Sales Funnel Support: Assist with lead qualification, scheduling meetings, and follow-ups.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in CRM tools.
• Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with marketing teams on targeted campaigns.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• B2B IT Sales Support: Assist in selling IT solutions to business clients across industries.

The responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:

Financial Reporting: You will be providing timely and accurate financial reporting to management together with strategic insights on the company s financial position. 

Accounting Systems and Processes - Understanding requirements, identifying, evaluating and implementing the most suitable accounting system/ tools needed to support the accounting needs of the organization

Implementing best in class accounting practices and Internal Control procedures considering:

• Accounts Payables - Purchase to Procurement Cycle & Policies, SOPs and SLAs
• Accounts Receivables - Billing Processes and Systems to raise timely invoices and perform ageing analysis
• Revenue and Cash Reconciliations and suggesting and implementing SOPs and SLAs

Financial Closure - Ensure timely and accurate monthly closures. Consistent analyzing of financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress, changes and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status;

Audit - Ensure timely year end financial closures – Statutory, Tax and IFC. Handle end to end audit process and ensure timely completion of audits

Compliances and knowledge - Understand the applicability and ensure compliance with all the relevant statutes impacting the company. Keep abreast with all regulations impacting the companies accounting, compliance and reporting requirements as well as those impacting the company’s operations. Understanding of Income Tax, GST, imports and exports, FDI Regulation, Companies Act, and other tax regulations

Automation - Identify and implement processes to automate all routine repetitive tasks.

Assisting leadership in the annual budgeting and planning process; administering and reviewing all financial plans and comparing to actual results with a view to identifying, explaining and correcting variances as appropriate;  

 Leveraging strengths of the finance team members; providing clarity on the roles and responsibilities; developing and implementing training programmes to maximize and help them reach optimal individual and organizational goals;
