Supply Lead – Creator Talent

Experience: 2–5 years

About the Role:

We’re building the internet’s most agile content engine and we need someone to fuel it with world-class creator talent. As Supply Lead – Creator Talent, your mission is to build and manage a robust network of freelance creators, subject matter experts, and domain specialists across the globe.

From gaming to lifestyle, sports to entertainment, you’ll find, onboard, and engage creators who can deliver high-quality, high-velocity content for our growing portfolio of digital brands. If you have a knack for sourcing niche talent, managing large networks, and keeping things humming under pressure, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do:

1. Grow and maintain a vetted network of freelance creators across domains like gaming, auto, sports, lifestyle, entertainment, etc.
2. Identify and onboard subject matter experts across varied verticals to meet content demands across our brands.
3. Keep the creator network active and engaged—share best practices, tools, software, and industry trends to help them level up.
4. Maintain updated records of availability and negotiated rates in our internal creator database.
5. Be ready to deploy talent at short notice as content needs to scale up.
6. Work closely with internal Talent Acquisition and Brand teams to ensure supply readiness and quality.
7. Leverage LinkedIn, talent marketplaces, and other sourcing tools to continuously discover new talent.

Ideal Applicant:

1. 2–5 years of experience, preferably in talent acquisition, freelance network management, or a supply-side onboarding role.
2. Highly analytical and process-driven—can juggle multiple priorities at scale.
3. Exceptional written and spoken English (especially important for global creator communication).
4. Comfortable working with creators and stakeholders from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and beyond.
5. Previous experience in creator economy, talent networks, content ops, or HR is a plus—but not a must.
6. Self-starter with an ownership mindset and strong organizational skills.

Level of skills and experience:

5 years of hands-on experience in using Python, Spark,Sql.

Experienced in AWS Cloud usage and management.

Experience with Databricks (Lakehouse, ML, Unity Catalog, MLflow).

Experience using various ML models and frameworks such as XGBoost, Lightgbm, Torch.

Experience with orchestrators such as Airflow and Kubeflow.

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Fundamental understanding of Parquet, Delta Lake and other data file formats.

Proficiency on an IaC tool such as Terraform, CDK or CloudFormation.

Strong written and verbal English communication skill and proficient in communication with non-technical stakeholderst

Desired Skills & Mindset:

We are looking for candidates who have demonstrated both a strong business sense and deep understanding of the quantitative foundations of modelling.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions

• Statistical programming software experience in SPSS and comfortable working with large data sets.

• R, Python, SAS & SQL are preferred but not a mandate

• Excellent time management skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills; understanding of both written and spoken English

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to act autonomously, bringing structure and organization to work

• Creative and action-oriented mindset

• Ability to interact in a fluid, demanding and unstructured environment where priorities evolve constantly, and methodologies are regularly challenged

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate degree in: Statistics/Economics/Econometrics/Computer

Science/Engineering/Mathematics/MBA (with a strong quantitative background) or

equivalent

• Strong track record work experience in the field of business intelligence, market

research, and/or Advanced Analytics

• Knowledge of data collection methods (focus groups, surveys, etc.)

• Knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS, R, Python, or similar), databases,

and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Industry experience in Consumer Experience/Healthcare a plus

Backend - Software Development Engineer-III

Responsibilities:-

• Research, design and build highly reliable, available and scalable platforms
• Explore design implications and work towards an appropriate balance between functionality, performance, and maintainability.
• Lead by example, mentor and guide team members on everything from structured problem solving to development of best practices
• Own large technical deliverables and execute in an exemplary way
• Be able to conceptualize and develop prototype quickly
• Working with a cross-discipline team of Design, Product, Data Science and Analytics team.
• Active participation in the hiring process to bring quality engineers in the team.

Requirements:-

• Strong proficiency in Javascript and TypeScript
• Strong proficiency of Node.js and frameworks available for it such as Express
• Strong understanding and experience of creating highly scalable and complex database design
• Good understanding of Data Modeling using RDBMS and NoSQL(Cassandra, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis) data stores
• Strong problem-solving skills with a good understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Experience of creating highly scalable, fault tolerant, resilient distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of creating scalable system design and good understanding of microservice based architectures
• Understanding of caching enabled, PubSub and event driven architectures
• Hands on experience and good knowledge of AWS services
• Understanding automated testing platforms like selenium and unit tests like Chai, Mocha, Jasmine etc
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• E/B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/M.S.
• Curiosity to explore the cutting edge technologies and bake them in the products.
• Zeal and drive to take end to end ownership.
• 5+ years of experience in back end development preferably in microservice environment.
