We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Manager with a strong background in content creation, including writing, editing, and video direction. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, understands the influencer ecosystem, and can lead engaging campaigns from concept to execution. You will not only manage influencer relationships but also craft compelling visual and written content that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, onboard, and manage influencers aligned with brand goals and target audience.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and agencies, while managing contracts, negotiations, and performance tracking.
3. Create original, engaging content ideas and collaborate with influencers to brainstorm and develop compelling content concepts.
4. Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and viral content formats to keep our campaigns fresh and innovative.
5. Generate reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in influencer marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
2. Solid understanding of video production, including direction and post-production.
3. Familiarity with content trends and influencer landscapes across platforms.
4. Basic video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut).
5. Strong communication and organizational skills.
6. Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
