About the Role
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator who understands how to build content that connects with people, not just content that follows trends. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, experimenting with ideas, and creating high-quality content from start to finish.
As a brand, we use content to educate customers about skincare, build trust, and create meaningful engagement. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute creatively, and contribute to building a strong content ecosystem for the brand.
This is not a coordination-only role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable shooting, editing, ideating, and actively participating in the content creation process.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
Create engaging in-house content for Instagram, Reels, campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
Independently handle the complete content creation process from ideation to execution.
Shoot and edit videos/photos for social media platforms.
Create both self-shot and team-based content depending on campaign requirements.
Ensure content aligns with the brand tone, aesthetics, and communication style.
Video Editing & Storytelling
Edit raw footage into high-performing social media content with strong hooks, pacing, transitions, and storytelling.
Understand audience retention and optimize content structure for better engagement.
Develop compelling narratives that simplify skincare education and product communication.
Creative Strategy & Ideation
Brainstorm and execute fresh content ideas regularly.
Build repeatable content formats and systems that can scale across platforms.
Stay updated with trends while adapting them thoughtfully to suit the brand identity.
Experiment with new formats, concepts, and storytelling approaches.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the design team, content team, influencer team, and external collaborators.
Coordinate with stakeholders to execute campaigns effectively.
Participate in campaign planning, product launches, and content discussions.
Brand & Product Understanding
Develop a strong understanding of skincare products, ingredients, formulations, and customer concerns.
Translate product knowledge into engaging and educational content.
Contribute to creating authentic and trustworthy brand communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4 years of experience in content creation, video production, or social media content roles.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and short-form content platforms.
Hands-on experience in shooting and editing content.
Excellent storytelling and creative thinking abilities.
Understanding of content hooks, pacing, audience retention, and engagement strategies.
Ability to independently manage content projects from concept to execution.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
