AppBroda Tech is a company founded by 2 BITSians with a simple mission statement - “App
Business Made Easy”. We are building a SaaS company focused on the needs of SMB App
Developers from around the world. This is a $15+ Billion opportunity which is ripe for
disruption especially with increasing internet penetration, adoption and digitization of

solving some really hard problems. Since the beginning back in June 2021, we have scaled
ourselves already to a 50+ membered organisation with employees from 3 countries and
expanding further..
AppBroda is looking to hire a TAM who can work on multiple projects at once which involves
a combination of both technical and business skills in the AdTech industry working with one
of the largest app publishers across the globe as their first POC.
JD:
- Understand potential clients' technical infrastructures, ad monetization
implementation and perform initial or secondary investigations in order to onboard
them effectively to start business with us.
- Manage business and technical queries for our Enterprise Clients.
Maintain effective relationships with them in order to ensure their problems are
addressed and resolved.
- Establish with AppBroda’s optimization capabilities and strategies and ensure that
each client implements the same in order to optimise their ad revenues and increase
their overall profitability.
- Work internally with our product and the ops team to ensure smooth flowing and
growth of our business.
- Share knowledge and best practices with clients, contribute to internal projects and
initiatives, and serve as an expert for specific technical or process areas.
- Maintaining sheets for different KRAs and metrics daily.
- Help the product management team in designing better products by communicating
market realities and expectationsRequirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in using Google Ad Manager
- Minimum 1 year experience in Google analytics and Google Firebase
- Minimum 1 year experience in using Google AdMob
- Previous experience in using any ad mediation platforms like Ironsource or Applovin

As an Ad Ops manager, you have a critical role as part of the Global Performance delivery
team. You are the first point of post-sales contact for Appbroda's biggest advertising clients.
The ideal candidate will be super analytical, proactive, and a clear communicator and will
work with complex ad campaigns, managing and optimizing these campaigns using clear
analysis to deliver results.
Ad operations team would manage client relationships, but also bring to the table comfort
with analysis and numbers.Key Responsibilities:
● Work with sales teams to understand client expectations
● Day-to-day management of mobile display campaigns
● Work with the publishing team to secure inventories required for meeting the
client's objective
● Meet and exceed campaign goals through campaign strategy and optimization

● Day to Day management of profit margins across all campaigns
● Assist in the development of custom creative with internal departments and clients
● Management of client expectations, communication, and reporting metrics

What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have to assess mobile applications and websites on a day-to-day basis which will come via a ticketing system and analyze if they are compliant with the quality standards already set in place. He/she will also be required to assess the top applications and websites daily, and ensure that they are policy compliant. Apart from being driven and enthusiastic, the ideal candidate needs to have great communication skills and strong analytical ability to deliver consistently.
What will you do with us?
Working daily to review tickets with a critical eye as per the internal processes.
Host and/or facilitate meetings/ticket reviews with all teammates.

What are you bringing to the table?
2 years or more of Quality Analyst/Customer Service/Technical Support experience (with a phone, email, and chat background) would be good to have.

● Ability to think big about problem statements, recommend alternative technical approaches and build optimal solutions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
● Bar raising tech skills in building next gen customer experiences using technology .
● Sound understanding of putting in place and leading engineering excellence initiatives across team(s) such as code review , quality coding and unit test .
