You’ll act as a force multiplier — ensuring critical initiatives move forward, decisions are backed by data, and execution happens with precision and speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Projects: Drive high-priority cross-functional projects — from concept to execution — in areas like growth, product, operations, hiring, and fundraising.
• Business Analytics: Analyze business metrics, identify bottlenecks, and create actionable insights for leadership.
• Founder Leverage: Work closely with the founder to manage priorities, research, investor communications, and strategic partnerships.
• Operations Excellence: Streamline internal processes, define KPIs, and ensure accountability across teams.
• Communication & Coordination: Prepare executive updates, investor reports, and internal documentation.
• Special Initiatives: Own zero-to-one experiments or business verticals that need rapid iteration.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Azure Data Engineer with strong experience in data modeling, pipeline development, and SQL/Spark expertise. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Data Analytics & BI teams to implement robust data solutions on Azure Synapse and ensure seamless data integration with third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Azure data pipelines using Azure Synapse (SQL dedicated pools or Apache Spark pools).
• Implement data models in collaboration with the Data Analytics and BI teams.
• Optimize and manage large-scale SQL and Spark-based data processing solutions.
• Ensure data availability and reliability for third-party application consumption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

3–5 years of hands-on experience in:

• Azure data services
• Data Modeling
• SQL development and tuning
• Apache Spark
• Strong knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Experience in designing data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex data workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

Job Description: React Native Developer

Experience: Over 4 years

Responsibilities:

-       Architect, design, develop, and maintain complex, scalable React Native applications using clean code principles.

-       Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX mock-ups into pixel-perfect, native-feeling mobile interfaces.

-       Leverage React Native's capabilities to build reusable UI components and implement performant animations.

-       Effectively utilize native modules and APIs to achieve platform-specific functionalities when necessary.

-       Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.

-       Identify and troubleshoot bugs, diagnose performance bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.

-       Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in the React Native ecosystem.

-       Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and foster a collaborative development environment.

Qualifications:

-       Experience in professional software development with a strong focus on mobile development.

-       Proven experience building production ready React Native applications.

Primary skills:

At least 3+ years of working experience on embedded firmware development

- Working knowledge of communication protocols like UART, I2C, SPI, USB, Ethernet, etc

- Product development experience with range of microcontroller/microprocessor architectures, adoption of bare-metal, RTOS and Linux operating systems on new platforms

Ideal Candidate Profile

7 to 15 years of product QA experience, with at least 2 years of experience as QEM or EM

7+ years of experience as a SDET/automation engineer

5+ years of experience Testing software for mobile applications/ web applications on devices(Android/IPhone)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, or equivalent technical domain

Preferably with product based startup experience

Should have built automation competency using selenium, appium, web services and performance testing

Knowledge and application of concepts such as continuous integration, continuous build, dev ops.

Shows creativity and initiative to improve Test coverage and effectiveness.

Strong competency in project management, process management, Product quality management, people management and delivery management skills and experience

Good understanding and experience in working product development organisations, B2C product line, and mobile products.
