About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in taxation, financial reporting, and compliance, preferably from the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle GST and Income Tax compliance, including timely filings
• Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets and Financial Statements
• Manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations
• Perform account reconciliations (bank, vendor, and ledger)
• Liaise and coordinate with government authorities and auditors
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations
• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate records
• Assist in audits and financial reporting processes

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: CA (Appeared / Dropout)
• Experience: 1+ Years in accounting and finance
• Industry Preference: Construction / Infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience with finalization of accounts
• Good communication and coordination skills

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify, approach, and onboard at least 3 new clients monthly to meet company goals

2. Generate B2B leads using social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), outbound calls, and other networking channels

3. Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

4. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and ensuring satisfaction with services provided

5. Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment solutions with client requirements

6. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients

7. Monitor and report sales performance metrics and market trends to management

1. Possess experience in the recruitment industry or familiarity with recruitment processes and services

About this roleWe are seeking an experienced MongoDB Developer/DBA who will be

responsible for maintaining MongoDB databases while optimizing performance, security, and

 Maintain and Configure MongoDB Instances - Responsible for build, design, deploy,
