Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations on Amazon Vendor Central (India)

Execute tasks on Flipkart Alpha / RetailNet

Support quick commerce platforms (Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart or similar)

Maintain catalog & PDP accuracy (pricing, content, images, compliance)

Coordinate with graphics team for listing uploads

Raise cases/tickets with marketplaces when required

Execute tasks shared by P3P partners & share data with Ads agency

Maintain DWRs, sales & stock reports and flag anomalies

Qualifications & Skills:

1–3 years experience in ecommerce operations

Vendor Central experience preferred

Understanding of Flipkart Alpha/RetailNet workflows

Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills

Electronics / consumer tech experience is a plus

Job Overview:

As an Engagement Manager at Dhwani Rural Information Systems, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of large-scale programs and will be tasked with setting up and end-to-end management of program PMU from Dhwani’s side.
