1  Customer Styling:

Assist customers in selecting outfits that align with their personal style, body type, and needs  

Offer suggestions on trends, colors, patterns, and accessories to create a cohesive look

2  Product Knowledge:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store's inventory, including new arrivals and current promotions  

o  Be well-versed in fabrics, garment care, and styling options for different pieces  

3.    Visual Merchandising:

o   Ensure the store's presentation aligns with current trends and seasonal themes  o      Work with the team to create visually appealing displays that attract and inspire customers  

4.    Customer Relationship Management:

o   Build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their style preferences for future recommendations  

o   Follow up with regulars on upcoming launches or promotions that may interest them  

5.    Sales Goals:

o   Drive sales by creating a seamless shopping experience and encouraging addons or complete looks  

     Meet personal and store sales targets by promoting items effectively  

Manage end to end travel plans pan India efficiently and cost-effectively – airlines, trains, transport, and hotels.  Negotiate on best rates through vendors every time there is a travel occurrence.  Communicate with the person travelling regularly to keep them updated on logistics.  Manage emergency changes/cancellations in a professional and calm manner.  Handle visa applications and formalities promptly.  Handle all incoming travel requests and the processes that follow after.

• Manage different versions of complicate code and distribute them to different teams in the organization utilizing TFS.
• Develop an ASP.Net application to input and manage a production schedule, production statistical analysis and trend reporting.
• Create routines for importing data utilizing XML, CSV and comma delimitate files.
• Filter and cleanse OLTP data with complex store procedures and SSIS packages in the staging area.
• Develop a dimensional database and OLAP cube using SSAS for analysis, maintenance and good customer service.
• Involve in development and implementation of SSIS, SSRS and SSAS application solutions for various business units across the organization.
• Extract the data from XML and load it to dimensional model.
• Maintain SQL scripts, indexes, complex queries for data analysis and extraction.
• Create advanced reports like dashboard and scoreboard using SharePoint and power pivot for better presentation of data.
• Create cubes in SSAS reports which require complex calculations such as calculation of the premium for a particular policy.
• Create SharePoint sub sites, lists, libraries, folders and apply site permissions according to the given requirement.
• Work with business analysts, subject matter experts, and other team members to determine data extraction and transformation requirements.
• Develop T-SQL functions and store procedures to support complex business requirements.
• Create and configure an OLTP replication database for disaster recovery purpose.
• Designed/Implemented/Maintain OLAP servers and processes to replicate production data to the server.

We are looking for a creative and talented Web Developer to join our growing team.

As our Website Developer, you will oversee the functionality of our websites, evaluate and manage website performance, facilitate hosting and server management, and develop, maintain and update website content.You should have an analytical mind with a keen eye for detail and have a detailed understanding and proven track record of leading projects from concept to completion.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain marketing website/s and landing pages. This includes our corporate websites and all future websites, microsites for new products and services, and other microsites for marketing efforts
• Ensure that the websites are up to date with the latest content and is user-friendly in terms of design and functionality
• Design and implement new features and improvements around functionality
• Ensure high-performance and availability, optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability and construct effective and response designs
• Troubleshoot website content and aesthetic issues (element arrangements on-screen, color and font choices, etc.)
• Optimize website performance and maintain site analytics, campaign metrics, and reporting
• Having knowledge of WordPress and associated plugins, structuring a website's layout, managing front end and back of the website while delivering a visually appealing website to the visitors is the criteria in short. Knowledge of SEO is a plus point.

• A graduate of Computer Science or equivalent experience, preferably with experience in the Technology Industry
• At least 2-5 years Experience 
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and strong observational and listening skills
• Must have expert knowledge in WordPress, Adobe Suite, Content Management Systems and preferably some exposure to Elementor (Plug-in) and W3C Web standards
• Proven ability to deploy websites in a short timeframe (2-3 weeks cycles) is a strong plus
• Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Experience with website analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

• Good technical knowledge.

  Focus on the back end (PHP, Node.js)

  Both SQL and NoSQL experience.

  Team lead with complex system architecture skills - He/she should able to manage/handle 5 or more team members/different teams.

  Server deployment and cloud experience in either AWS or Azure.

Qualification

• Bachelor / Masters degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development

A good team player with expertise working as part of Agile teams. Hands-on experience in practising Scrum, XP and Kanban.

• Strong hands-on experience in web development using ASP.NET MVC and C#.
• Usage of SQL and no SQL databases
• Hands on experience in test-driven development and DevOps practices
• Strong design capabilities, following SOLID principles using C#
• Well-versed with pair-programming
• Working on solutions hosted in cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
• Implementation of Continuous Delivery processes
• Usage of Git
• Good understanding of Behaviour-driven development and domain-driven design
