Electronics Test Engineer

We are now looking for an SEO Manager who can help us build a strong organic growth engine across exam-related content.

Role Overview

As an SEO Manager at MathonGo, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling our organic search strategy. You will work closely with content, product, design, and tech teams to improve search visibility, increase organic traffic, and generate high-intent leads for our products.

This role requires someone who understands both content SEO and technical SEO, and can manage SEO at scale for thousands or even millions of pages.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Planning

• Build and execute MathonGo’s SEO roadmap across JEE, NEET, and other exam categories.
• Identify high-value keyword opportunities for exam pages, PYQ pages, question pages, comparison pages, and product-led content.
• Create topic clusters and internal linking strategies to improve topical authority.
• Analyze competitors and identify content gaps, ranking opportunities, and backlink opportunities.
• Define SEO goals, traffic targets, and growth metrics.

Content SEO

• Plan SEO-focused content for blogs, exam pages.
• Create detailed content briefs for writers, including target keywords, structure, FAQs, internal links, and search intent.
• Optimize existing content for better rankings, CTR, and conversions.
• Ensure all content is aligned with student needs, exam intent, and MathonGo’s brand voice.
• Collaborate with academic/content teams to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Technical SEO

• Work with the tech team to improve crawlability, indexability, page speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and site architecture.
• Audit and optimize large-scale programmatic SEO pages.
• Monitor and fix SEO issues related to canonical tags, redirects, duplicate content, sitemap, robots.txt, pagination, and schema markup.
• Implement and validate structured data such as FAQ schema, Article schema, Breadcrumb schema, Course schema, and Question/Answer schema where applicable.
• Ensure SEO best practices are followed during new website launches and product updates.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, impressions, CTR, indexed pages, backlinks, and conversions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
• Identify pages with ranking drops, indexing issues, or traffic decline and take corrective actions.
• Use data to continuously improve SEO strategy.

Collaboration

• Work closely with writers, editors, designers, developers, and product managers.
• Coordinate with the tech team for implementation of SEO fixes and page templates.
• Guide content teams on SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align SEO with campaigns, product launches, and seasonal exam cycles.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and content SEO.
• Experience working on high-traffic websites or large-scale content platforms.
• Good understanding of keyword research, search intent, content planning, and internal linking.
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights, and similar tools.
• Familiarity with programmatic SEO and large-scale page generation is a strong plus.
• Basic understanding of HTML, metadata, schema, canonical tags, redirects, and crawl budget.
• Ability to work with developers and explain SEO requirements clearly.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with SEO reporting.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Prior experience in ed-tech, education, test-prep, or content-heavy websites is a plus.

• Experience with SEO for JEE, NEET, UPSC, school exams, or other education categories.

Job Purpose: At the Mobiquity project engineering team, our core job is to customize, install, configure and support the customer during the entire project lifecycle.

Principal Accountabilities Development

1. Write code in Java and java based technologies as well as web GUI development using latest technologies like, angular, react, conforming to company guidelines against written requirements & high-level design documents, particularly for complex modules that cannot be handled by junior developers. Work in an IDE while developing code ( especially in Java) and use GIT, SVN or any other CM tool being used in the company, for checking in and checking out the code being developed.

2. Submit developed code for review, incorporate required changes and conduct Unit testing, after preparing Unit Test Plans and necessary stubs.

3. Review code offered by others and document response in assigned format.

4. Participate in (a) the integration of the developed code with code developed by other team members (this could happen on customer premises if appropriate environment is not available in-house) (b) preparation of the environment for integration testing (c) execution of integration testing (d) fixing the problems relating to the offered code as discovered in the integration testing.

5. Participate in load testing conducted on the final product and fix problems encountered.

6. Assist Product Validation Group in setting up the test environment, writing test cases, generating stubs and executing tests.

7. Review test cases written by the Product Validation Group.

8. Install product in customer location, train the customer reps on product features and operation & maintenance procedures, and complete user acceptance testing, making any changes in the final deliverable as required.

9. Handle customer queries and complaints received directly or through the company support organization.

10. Change code to fix reported customer problems after trouble shooting, get the fix reviewed and complete selective regression testing.

11. Draft user documentation for consolidation by the technical documentation team. This could include GUI, API, O&M and technical documentation relating to COTS. Review drafts prepared by junior developers.

12. Help maintain design requirement documents as directed.

13. Participate in the development, release, support & enhancement activity through multiple release cycles and multiple products

14. Proactively seek feedback/reviews on self-development, learning, and developed code. Responsible for completing the assigned task in all aspects by proactively seeking reviews, and updating the status to supervisors.
