The Role

This is a high-ownership position for a designer who can operate independently

while staying closely aligned with product. You'll design across web and mobile

for the full spectrum of our users: the MFDs who run their businesses on our

platform, the end investors they serve, and internal operations teams.

We're not a greenfield product. AssetPlus has real scale, real users, and real

complexity, including legacy screens that need thoughtful redesign. You'll inherit a

partial design system and be expected to evolve it. You'll conduct your own user

research. You'll work with significant autonomy, with a sync reviews rather than

constant check-ins.

Core Responsibilities

End-to-End Product Design

• Own design from research through implementation for your product areas:
• discovery, ideation, prototyping, specs, and QA.Senior Product Designer1
• Design for complexity: transaction flows, data-heavy dashboards, multi-step
• workflows, and tools MFDs use daily to manage crores in AUM.
• Work across platforms - web and mobile; with an eye for platform-appropriate
• patterns.

Design System Stewardship

• Contribute to and expand our existing design system, improving consistency
• and velocity across the product.
• Identify patterns worth systematizing; build components that scale.

Research & User Understanding

• Conduct your own user research when needed. We don't have a dedicated
• research team.
• Develop a working understanding of the MFD ecosystem, regulatory context,
• and how our users think about their work.

Collaboration & Craft

• Partner closely with your PM to shape what gets built, not just how it looks.
• Prototype interactions to communicate intent clearly. Static mocks aren't
• enough.
• Maintain high craft standards while shipping at the pace the business requires.

What Makes You a Fit

Proven Product Design Experience

Around 4 - 6 years designing digital products, though we care more about the work

than the number. You've shipped real products, navigated constraints, and learned

from what didn't work.

High Agency & Ownership

You figure things out. You ask the right questions, move work forward without

waiting for detailed specs, and take responsibility for outcomes. Not just outputs.

Comfort with Complexity

B2B products, dense information, multiple user types. You don't need fintech experience specifically, but you shouldn't be intimidated by domain lea ning curves or regulatory nuance.

Craft + Speed

You care about the details but know when to ship. Neither pixel-perfect-but-slow nor fast-but-sloppy works here. You find the balance.

Tool Fluency

Strong Figma skills and the ability to prototype interactions using Code, Origami Studio etc (choice is yours). You communicate design intent through m tion when it matters.

Receptiveness to Feedback

You'll get direct notes on your work. We expect you to engage with feedback constructively, not defensively.

Main duties/responsibilities

• Design & implement good quality software and databases as per the software specification.
• Participate in effort estimations.
• Participate in design discussions and own module designs.
• Effective troubleshooting of technical issues and bugs.
• Package deployment and release management.
• Provides technical support to customers.
• Provides training and guidance to the new developers and junior team members.
• Participate in Requirement discussions.
• Participate in Project related meetings if required.

Technical Knowledge

• Hands on experience in Angular ,HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Hands on experience in Node.js.
• Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
• RDBMS and Document Database.
• Hand on experience in AWS services, DevOps, GIT, Agile and Jira will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in the relevant field.

• Strong experience in developing enterprise web applications. 
• Expertise on the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, SQL Server) 
• Candidates should have solid understanding of object-oriented programming and programming principles NET, C ,MVC, XML, MS Sql Database debugging and analysing code. 
• Candidates should have experience with SDLC to include the following stages requirements analysis design coding testing documentation and implementation. 
• Experience with .Net core Web API MVC C# Entity Framework 
• Troubleshooting & analysing skills. 
• Development experience required for Continuous improvement program. 
• Good problem-solving capabilities in Developed applications. 
• Exposure to Angular is an added advantage 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions across the entire application stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software products.

Responsibilities :

1) Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient software applications, APIs, and web services using modern technologies.

2) Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

3) Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.

4) Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability.

5) Optimize application performance and implement security measures.

6) Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and continuously improve technical skills.

7) Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback.

8) Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.

9) Work in an agile development environment, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

10) Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Requirements :

1) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

2) Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

3) Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

4) Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.

5) Experience with databases and ORM frameworks (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQLAlchemy, Hibernate).

6) Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and serverless architecture.

7) Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

8) Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

9) Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.

10) Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

1) Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

2) Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

3) Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

The Role

In the Implementation Consultant Role, you will be responsible for 

• Participating in Business Requirement & Solution Design Workshops, Requirements and Fit-Gap Analysis, Customer Demos, Understanding Business impact of user requirements, Acceptance Criteria and expected results and Document Business Requirements in Jira Tool, Create Functional Specification documents, Test data preparation, Test scenario documentation etc.
• Implements the solution design by configuring the Innovapptive Mobile Application products using Innovapptive RACE Configuration engine.
• Make necessary SAP Backend system Base configurations to map into mobile applications.
• Configure customer business processes on Mobile applications to enable the solution.
• Work with ABAP Team for the Development of BADI Enhancements for customer-specific requirements and Effort Estimation
• Work on any bugs or issues for triaging and resolution.
• Prepare the Training documents and customer demos if any during the realization phase.
• Regularly Update and track the issues in Jira and coordinate with other cross-functional teams for resolution.
• Work with the Testing team for FUT
• Work on issue resolutions and support during FUT, SIT, UAT, Go-live and Hyper care.
• Provide Knowledge sharing to the Production support team after Go-live and handover.

What You Bring to the Team:

• 3+ years of total experience
• 2+ years of relevant Implementation experience in SAP MM
• Excellent Communication skills
• Client interaction and documentation skills
• Have been an Individual contributor to SAP Implementation and support projects.
• Comes with experience in SAP Configuration, Org structure, Master data, Transactional data, Issue analysis and resolution, Deep understanding of the Business process and integration aspects across the above SAP modules.
• Conversant with SAP Transactions, Programs, Tables, Function modules, Reports etc.
• Have good experience in writing Functional specifications for custom developments and have worked closely with ABAP developers in BADI Enhancements for custom requirements.
• Have good experience in writing test scenarios for different business processes and creating test data. Performing FUT.
• Triaging defects identified during FUT, SIT, UAT, and HC and fixing the issues.
• Working with cross-functional teams where the resolution needs to come from other teams.
• Sensitive to customer delivery timelines, the importance of proactive action and time reaching out to leadership and other teams for help, if any is required.
• Experience in working with various tools for issue recording and tracking; Change request management, Testing tools, 3rd party systems integration etc.
• Passion to learn new skills to be able to work productively and efficiently.
• Flexibility to stretch on work timing when required to meet project delivery deadlines.
• Willingness to help other team members when required.
• Demonstrated track record as a strategic thinker, creative problem solver and solutions provider.

• Status reporting to the project manager on the deliverables, risks, issues, actions etc.

• SAP Certification in SAP ECC MM, WM or SAP S4 HANA MM or WM would be an Advantage.
