AEM Sites Developer

Pattem Digital Technologies is looking for a highly effective Adobe Experience manager(AEM) Developer to join our team. This person will utilize best practices and methodologies to design and implement the best solution for our clients. This key member of our team contributes to the entire software development lifecycle including analysis, requirement specification, use case and data modeling, technical design, development, testing, and implementation. This individual will be focused on delivering assigned tasks and/or specific tracks of the solution on time, escalating issues when appropriate as well as educating and leading others in the form of code reviews, workshops, and documentation.

Know your work :

• Build and maintain solutions for AEM (Sites, Assets). 
• Work in Agile Methodology - be part of Sprint Ceremonies, provide accurate estimates for assigned development Stories & deliver on time. 
• Follow Best and Recommended Practices while implementing solutions. 
• Ensure Code Quality, Readability, Maintainability and Security. 
• Coordinate with multiple teams (Ex: UI/QA) for any dependencies. 
• Write JUnit Test Cases for Unit Testing 
• Communicate with customer teams on requirements effectively. 
• Manage customer expectations of response time and issue resolution 
• Troubleshoot and reproduce the technical problems reported by customers and define workarounds. 
• Create and integrate content-driven applications on top of the AEM platform, and integrate with other systems.
• The AEM Developer provides technical leadership with a focus on CMS solutions. This Includes planning, guiding the design, estimation, user interface, people management, issue resolution and quality assurance. 
• Collaborate across disciplines and use their in-depth knowledge of AEM technology to help deliver business solutions for our clients.

What you need to apply :

• Good understanding of UI technologies like JQuery, Java Script, HTML 5, CSS. 
• Good understanding of backend technologies like Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL skills, combined with a good understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Good understanding of CI/CD tools like Maven, Jenkins. 
• Good understanding of Code Quality and Security tools like SONAR. 
• Good understanding of Touch UI, Sightly (HTL) and Sling Models.
• Good understanding of AEM Backend Development like Sling Servlets, OSGi Components and JCR Queries. 
• Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of technical problems.
• Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces. 
• Ability to work in extended hours to overlap with North America timings. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in AEM.
• 3-4 years of experience in CMS implementations with Adobe Experience manager(AEM).
• Hands-on work experience on Adobe 6.x versions.
• Knowledge in AEM foundational concepts, including the CRX repository, the AEM platform, the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix. 
• Knowledge on latest AEM features.

Job Description:

Automation Strategy & Development: Design and implement automation workflows for routine IT operations across Windows and Linux environments (e.g., user management, patching, service configuration). Create and manage scripts for: Active Directory (user/group management, GPOs, security settings), DNS & DHCP management. Develop custom automation tools using Python, PowerShell, and Bash to support various infrastructure needs.

Virtualization & Cloud Automation: Automate provisioning, scaling, and monitoring for VMware and Nutanix environments. Develop automation for Citrix Cloud and NetScaler for tasks like app publishing and load balancing. Integrate and automate cloud components (AWS or Azure) to support a hybrid infrastructure.

Monitoring & Backup Reliability: Implement automated LogicMonitor solutions for proactive issue detection. Build automation scripts for Commvault to manage backup and recovery, including reporting. Create monitoring and alerting tools using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

Integration & Tooling: Use REST APIs to integrate third-party platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, LogicMonitor, NetScaler). Leverage Ansible for configuration management across Windows and Linux. (Preferred) Use DevOps tools such as Terraform and Kubernetes for provisioning and orchestration.

Endpoint Management & Security: Automate endpoint patching, software deployment, and asset tracking using tools like BigFix, JAMF, and Active Directory. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to automate threat response and enforce compliance standards.

Documentation & Collaboration: Maintain clear and accurate documentation for all automation solutions, procedures, and systems. Keep the CMDB up to date for server and workstation deployments. Provide guidance and support to other administrators using automation tools. Record project and support activities using ServiceNow or similar platforms. Participate in regular team and stakeholder meetings to share updates and gather feedback.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior AI Engineer with a strong background in Generative AI, including LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering. This role requires hands-on expertise across NLP, Computer Vision, and AI agent-based systems, with the ability to build, deploy, and optimize scalable AI solutions using modern tools and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML solution development.
• Proven expertise in fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, GPT-family) using techniques like LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT.
• Deep experience in prompt engineering, including zero-shot, few-shot, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Proficient in key AI libraries and frameworks:
• LLMs & GenAI: Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, Diffusers
• NLP: SpaCy, NLTK.
• Vision: OpenCV, MMDetection, YOLOv5/v8, Detectron2
• MLOps: MLflow, FastAPI, Docker, Git
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) and embedding generation.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and deployment on in house GPU-backed infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.) for real-world applications.
• Develop and maintain prompt engineering workflows, including prompt chaining, optimization, and evaluation for consistent output quality.
• Build NLP solutions for Q&A, summarization, information extraction, text classification, and more.
• Develop and integrate Computer Vision models for image processing, object detection, OCR, and multimodal tasks.
• Architect and implement AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom pipelines.

• Should have experience in Agile Software Development projects
• Should have good hands on experience with Object oriented JavaScript and Design Patterns
