Roles & Responsibilities of a Recruiter

  Understand hiring requirements from clients or internal stakeholders

  Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases

  Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per JD and skill match

  Conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews to assess fitment

  Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

  Maintain and manage candidate data in ATS/HRIS systems

  Share candidate profiles and follow up for interview feedback

  Negotiate salary, notice period, and offer-related details

  Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  Handle offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding support

  Track hiring metrics and prepare recruitment MIS reports

  Build talent pipelines for future requirements

  Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

● 1 year of full life-cycle IT Recruiting Experience, in either an agency or corporate setting

● Familiarity with different selection methods (screening, interviews, assignments)

● Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity

● Must have Strong Knowledge of IT Technologies and skills

● Experience in handling multiple vendors.

● Great interpersonal and communication skills

● MBA in human resources or similar relevant field

Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
• Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media, etc.
