The HR Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the human resources department. This position involves managing various HR processes to support the organization's workforce.
Job Details:
● Taking care of onboarding/Exit, Induction, documentation etc. for successful joining of candidates at client’s place of various letters to the candidates on behalf of clients such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letters & ID Cards etc.
● Coordination with clients for attendance & leave records.
● Interact & maintain excellent relationships with our client’s employees by ensuring proactive solutions & support for all their HR related queries
● Coordinate with internal departments for any kind of support required for servicing the client successfully
● Good to have experience of payroll processing and compliances like PF, ESIC, PT, LWF etc.
● Must have excellent verbal & written comm. Skills
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role. • Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.
