
You will be an integral part of the People Function team, supporting day-to-day people operations and initiatives across the employee lifecycle. This role offers a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience to gain hands-on exposure and build a strong foundation in People Function practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and support creative employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with team members.
- Manage pre-onboarding activities including scheduling, induction sessions, coordinating leadership interactions, addressing new joiner queries, and sharing joining documentation and emails.
- Prepare, issue, and maintain employee letters and ensure proper filing of all employee documentation.
- Drive internal communication by managing posts related to company announcements, new joiners, festivals, and internal events.
- Administer leave management processes across departments and ensure accurate tracking.
- Support employee coordination for internal initiatives, programs, and events.
- Maintain internal HR data, records, and trackers, and share reports as and when required.
