Role Description

This is a full-time on-site HR Internship role located in Coimbatore. The intern will assist in day-to-day HR operations, support the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies, and work on employee engagement initiatives. Tasks may include updating employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, organizing training sessions, and contributing to personnel management processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to thrive in an on-site collaborative environment
• Master's program in HR mandatory
