Education: Any Bachelor's (Required) with computer science knowledge, passed out year: 2024 or 2025
Responsibilities:
- Part of the talent acquisition team assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, schedule and coordinating interviews.
- Support the documentation and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Responsible to maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate information.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and cultural initiatives.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
