Roles & Responsibilities:
• Expert level experience Designing and configuring Recruiting module (RCM, RMK, CRM, Job Posting).
• Experience leading implementation and support of Onboarding 1.0
• Hands on experience with one full cycle of implementation of Onboarding 2.0
• Strong experience leading SuccessFactors design discussions in a client facing role.
• Experience working as part of project team and Production support team.
• Working knowledge of SuccessFactors reporting.
• Ability to drive requirements, configuration, testing and production deployment with business and IT stakeholders
• Ability to support Release feature meetings for SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding
• Ability to drive discussions on integration of Recruiting and Onboarding with Employee central.
• SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred
• Experience with other Recruiting Applications preferred.
• Strong verbal and Written Communication skills.
