About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Business Operations Executive to support our growing team. This role combines Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Administration, IT Asset Coordination, and Office Management to ensure seamless business operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility–~70%)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Interns, Junior Software Developers, SEO, Content Writers,Graphic Designers, Digital Marketing Executives, and other entry-level IT/Digital roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring initiatives.
• Screen resumes,conduct initial HR interviews, coordinate technical interviews, and schedule interview rounds.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate offer rollouts, pre-joining engagement, onboarding, and joining formalities.
• Build relationships with colleges and institutes to support internship and fresher hiring.
HR Operations
• Conduct employee induction and onboarding.
• Manage joining documentation, confirmation letters,experience letters, and full & final settlements.
• Monitor attendance ,working hours,leave records,and biometric systems.
• Review attendance and payroll reports for accuracy before payroll processing.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure timely salary processing.
• Support implementation and adherence to HR policies and employee records.
Administration Office Operations
• Coordinate office administration and daily operational activities.
• Manage Office Expenses And Petty Cash Records.
• Coordinate Facility Maintenance Including Electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, furniture, housekeeping, internet, CCTV, and biometric systems.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure uninterrupted office operations.
IT Asset Management
• Maintain inventory and tracking of company IT assets.
• Coordinate allocation of asset stone employees and collection during employee exits.
• Work with IT vendors for procurement, maintenance,and repairs of laptops and other office equipment.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations,or Business Operations.
• Prior experience hiring for IT and Digital Marketing roles is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing,and campus recruitment.
• Good understanding of HR documentation, attendance ,payroll coordination,and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong organizational,coordination,and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
