Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Build a strong talent pipeline to meet our current and future staffing needs.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment. Address employee issues professionally and confidentially. Coordinate team-building activities and initiatives.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to implement performance appraisal processes. Identify opportunities for employee development and recommend training programs. Maintain performance records and assist with performance-related discussions.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, employment laws, and regulations. Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate employee records with strict data privacy compliance.
- Training and Development: Assess training needs and organize relevant development programs. Collaborate with external trainers or internal resources to deliver effective training sessions.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans. Respond to benefits-related inquiries and assist with enrollment.
- HR Reporting: Compile and analyze HR metrics to provide insights for HR initiatives. Prepare regular reports for management on key HR indicators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR practices and labour laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
