The role will include internationalization and cross regional export of the centralized digital service and buying model. The Ad Operations team makes sure that each one of the thousands of digital ads we run every day is tagged to pass the right information back so that we know which ads drive results, Be the first to know when big technology players like Google and Amazon change their product roadmaps and advise clients on how to get the most out of their technology budgets.

Responsibilities of the role: 

- Translate Media plan into Prisma line items, oversee campaign setups, trafficking, perform QA 

- Work closely with the Billing, Finance, and Vendor team to ensure smooth payouts/actualizations 

- Generate campaign reports, guide team through training sessions for daily activities 

- Debug and troubleshoot issues with campaign delivery and performance.

- Identify process inefficiencies and ways to improve operations workflow. 

- Help the manager to enhance the process which can ensure high quality, delivery in SLA, and assist in teams training and development. - Assist the internal teams in understanding aspects of campaign and other technical aspects- tag, floodlights and page troubleshooting 

- Help execution team with campaign setups whenever required 

- Provide the data point and help managers to smoothly run day-to-day operations

What you will need:

- Bachelor Degreein any subject/ B.Tech preferred.

- Excellence in MS Excel

- 2 - 6 years of experience in Ad Operations, well versed with digital landscape

- Experience in aquantitative field, including: a DFA or ad servers reporting tools with tag implementation tools and analytics/reporting platform

- Creative problem solver, self- motivated and driven. Quick learner and willing to try new tools/software for reporting, Trafficking & analysis

- Ideal candidate will have hands on experience working withGoogle Campaign Manager, Sizmek

- Experience with Salesforce/Prismapreferred.

Design Websites and pages, and Create Mock-up in Photoshop, XD, and Figma. Converting Pages into HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Web Development. Proficiency with design tools such as Photoshop, and Adobe XD.
