About the Role
As a Functional Solution Architect, you will be the bridge between complex business needs and technical execution. You’ll lead the design and end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, specifically focusing on Project Operations and CE (Customer Engagement) modules. You will act as a high-level advisor, ensuring that solutions are scalable, follow industry best practices, and integrate seamlessly with existing ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture Ownership: Design end-to-end functional solutions for D365 Project Operations and CE.
- Business Consultation: Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate "business talk" into "system design."
- Module Configuration: Hands-on setup of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), costing, billing, budgeting, and resource management.
- Integration Strategy: Define how data flows between Finance modules, Dataverse, and third-party systems.
- Leadership: Mentor functional consultants and lead the team through testing and deployment phases.
- Pre-sales Support: Assist in proposals and provide high-impact solution demonstrations for potential clients.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Core Platforms: Deep expertise in D365 Project Operations, CE Modules, and Dataverse.
- Power Platform: Proficiency in Power BI for analytics and Power Automate for workflow logic.
