About the position
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our award-winning, talented team, building the next generation automated drone applications for our global customers. Ideal candidate gets to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, result-driven environment. Applicants must have substantial experience informing designs through critical design thinking, rationalizing for B2B systems, websites and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

• Quickly and iteratively create interaction flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups throughout the design process

• Present design work to UX, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain detailed information architecture and design specifications

• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.

• Design graphics user interface elements like menus, tabs and widgets.

• Build page navigation buttons and search fields.

• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.

• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables).

• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).

• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.

• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

 Requirements:

• 0.6 -2 years of proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role for the website, tablet, and mobile view.
• Strong portfolio of design projects with links to the projects. (Dribbble, Behance or any other platform)
• Experience in HTML/CSS,LESS,SasS, Javascript, Bootstrap, jQuery will be a plus.
• Experience with Design Software tools like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch/Figma/Adobe XD, Invision, Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, and Wireframing tools.
• Familiar with Material Design, Design Thinking, UI Design Patterns, User Research Methods.
• Working experience with agile sprints, participating in design reviews and retrospectives and managing task/ticket life cycle on project management software.
• Knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.
• Problem-solving aptitude.

Education:

Bachelors or higher degree in a User Experience related field such as (UI & UX design, HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, B.E or BCA) [Or equivalent professional experience].

Requirement:

• 1 to 2 years’ experience on developing apps or games
• Passionate about games as well as creating digital assets.
• Should be understanding of current mobile platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools etc.
